Obviously people are upset with the shenanigans that has gone on here and it does not matter which way you look at it it is dubious tactics at best employed by the slovenian enviromental agency..once again I state that allowing a company to invest 50 million euros installing the infrastructure for a major project to then pull the rug on the permits that they knew they would need all along is just wrong / unlawful..at least that is what we would hope a fair hearing in court would rule..regardless the company without a benefactor needs money to continue and if you are not prepared to back it you need to sell and take your crumbs off the table..that is the harsh reality of this game..from a personal point of view i played AST all wrong and rue the day when i stopped short of taking a big profit but that is investing for you ..i would participate in a fund raise in the hope that we can move the project forward in a positive way..not so sure about legal action but the threat might be enough ..councils do not like being sued and slovenia probably would not want that fact advertised around the world

I think your theory only lasts as long as the slovenians refusal to grant the permits persists and I do believe unless you have inside knowledge that they will forever refuse to budge on this investment would be incoming..i think it is rather disingenuous of the slovenians to allow the investment to date from AST knowing full well that the permits to continue would be required and they shut up shop..but that is politicians for you they can never seem to do the right thing

Probably not without the knowledge of having the necessary permits in the bag which you knew anyway..most people that have had the misfortune of dealing with planning authorities of any kind will be all too aware they run at an unbelievably slow pace and then you just may not get the decision you want..just from a personal position I have put in a planning application just recently ..the neighbors did not object and the parish council had no problem either but the planning officer had an issue so from architect site visit to this date we are now 7 months down the road and no further forward and that is a simple domestic application so we can easily see when there are other bodies , departments and officials to please how the whole thing can get kicked down the road..personally I do not blame CH and for all LTHS hope we get the news we have been waiting for and next week would be good and long overdue !!

A preferred option I guess of many if there was to be a positive outcome to all of this is for the shares to be suspended prior to any announcement hopefully confirming permit permission and a done deal with another and my bet would be for most pis wanting to have an acceptable takeout price eliminating the problem of when to sell or not and yes all traders will be locked out..if everything was that simple but we do have to remember it is aim and AST

I do not recall that placing ericnat and I was in at the same price..I originally bought at 7p and then they had a raise at 4p and then every subsequent raise was done at a discount to market price I believe
