yes pretty sobering i do think insurance companies will tend to go with a single supplier in the long run but does seem like a large overlap.

hence the £9.8m recurring revenue becomes v attractive for a buyer

so aware i am positive on this (i have to be). so decided to check out some of the competition.

redtail seem to be well placed in the insurance market and used bymiles and ingenie which depressed me a bit last night, i was hopeful that trakm8 was the key bymiles supplier i do find it odd you would run with a different suppliers unless they want to test solutions.

other competitors out there???

there will be consolidation in the industry and has been happening. mitchelin picked up a telematics company to ensure they had a foot in the data industry.

Mircolise have staked out they claim but Jw was clear is the 20% is an arms length investment, he will want his exit price.

h1 2019 lost 1.6m
full year small loss due temp delays
so actually made 1.6 ish profit in h2

so flowthrough plus a bit of growth could be a £2m profit for h1
with a good run the £5m could be on this year.

i complete agree land and expand is a good term.

£9.8 recurring rev and all this activity adds to it.

Cost wont really increase on a linear basis so any new revenue is high margin. hence i see £5m earnings for 21/22 as very possible on a pe of 15.
