i am going to be out the loop until end sept so my last comment until the 2nd or 3rd of Sept.

the 50p is a really interesting price point. this business is still priced to fail at dub 20p.

if the update in sept gives positive fy anf hy guidance and debt position improving then it could get peoples interest

it has been a long road but i think we are getting towards the end game.

so worth looking at hy 2019 vs fy 2019 debt actually reduced but these metrics never see the light of day.

losing money on the stock market can be really painful.

the full market is tough enough but the aim market can be the wild west

but you can strike gold but you could lose it all so be really careful

i am pretty sure overall these boards have little impact either way. you might get the odd example but overall the numbers will confirm what is happenening.

i hope that trakm8 is a positive example in the end......iran i will never forget that but ....

i think the product is good ..... cost cutting has been positive and people are now ready for ubi

well they lost £2.2m last year in h1

so no loss would be a very positive result

interesting whilst jw stated they were loss making in p1 and 2
no mention of p3 except to say insurance shipments 26% of ly and overall revenue neutral yr on yr.
rev north of £10m would be a great start but i will take 9m considering p1 and p2

smart breakdown comes from pen. who work with ???????

you are right went from 36m shares to 50m

so a 38% dilution. it was £3m ml invested not £2m

so £1 + is possible over next 18months

i think the only dilution has been the 20% from ML for the £2m.

there is another 18% available for board of D share options. of which i think 12% has been allocated.

but i personally dont see this as much of a limiting factor and we would probably be over the moon with £1plus

i had a look at the price and volumes. volumes werent that great when it went to £3+ with the big vilumes of selling taking the sp to current levels. so everyone who would of sold has sold in reality.

thus if the good news and h1 is positive then it could get interesting very quickly.

it then create a positive cycle as the the bod will buy their option. i think that will cost £600k ish which will reduce debt further etc. i know it dilutes further but it all creates positive trends.

still only a few here and the investment mags just dont want to cover at the moment.

one article from simon thompson and it will change everything. i am sure he is watching from afar. plus i do expect to broker to start the pr in h2

this stock is still effectively priced as if it will fail, which it might do.

but if it does not and starts to make profit and reduce debt the it could be due a re-rate.

if that happens the shares will also come with a growth premuim as investor hunt round for businesses that will survive and grow. it wont take much......

hoping the gov will do a scheme to support.

good news.
they will want to expend rapidly and that will be tech data driven.

so they lost £2m in h1 last year so say £350k per month as an assumption.

so p1 and p2 have been confirmed as loss marking - so say £150k per period. £300k at end of p2.

p3 revenue at normal levels so lets say swing to profit £100k

thus my view of a profit above £1m would be excellent. above £500k would also be very good

weeks will fly by now. i am trying not to comment too much as the results will prove out one way or the other .

Then the trading update could give us a really good look at the full year outlook.

£1m plus = excellent

if p4 and p5 build on the p3 trends then it could be really good with p6 to happen. h2 will be then in a strong position as the supermarket comes on line and the scandi will be the wildcard.....
