i think we have all thought about. i fully agree it is a fail/multi bagger with plenty of risk

but considering some of the economic devastation out there trakm8 could survive and even grow

remember they did not take the cblis loan which leads me to believe the cash position was ok

i think it will be the same retailer to be fair only major 4 that do home del when you exc iceland

i think the timing of the info indicates the the contract and systems are now been used so the pre work with retailer has now been completed.

thus means the contract will now be adding high margin revenue. should be positive for h2 and flowthro in 21/22

looking at who follows who on social media then i think there is a good chance the deal was done with sainsbury which is pretty material.

home delivery only increasing at this rate

that is the key driver for me if the AA can create value from SB then i see it as offered as part of the annual subs rather than the bolt on

if they get
lower attrition rates
fewer call outs
fewer calls to call centres
saves aa time when attending
better and qyuicker outcomes when there is a prob
other rev opportunities ie insurance etc

then real potential
on the downside it has been round a couple of years now
aa focussed on debt management
always feels like a big pot of jam tomorrow

the attrition rate for the aa overall is 20% pa i think reading the hy

so assume the same for sb

if lower then that would be very interesting for the aa

current at 10k + downloads
so when trips to 20k that will be a good sign
