LOL.OK, I'm on a rant.
What happened to the C*nt (aka Contango) who predicted a fiver about 3 years ago. Is he still knocking about here or is he now hanging his head in shame due to his stupidity...........
Not heard from him for a wee while ??????
Well, let's see if anyone else on here wishes to debate, agree or disagree with my thoughts.
Cast your mind back over the past circa 8 years. You have continually ramped this share, criticised anyone who may dare to voice a different opinion and at the same time tried to belittle every one of them.
Every one of my thoughts/predictions and current status have come true. Can you say the same with your SP predictions over the past 8 years?? HMMM Let me think about that one.
Cap - you should now by now that I hate mad mad stupid SP predictions by xw and z time. Are you suggesting that we should see a 4% return this year by way of a dividend.
If so I'm licking my lips
Skid - I have no idea whether or not he is on the payroll of KMR and to be honest with you I don't really care. What I find very very strange is that no matter what negativity or reality is ever posted on here he rams his aggressive response back down all our throats. So in other words if you don't agree with him then there's no point in posting here.
Pick any stock/share on LSE and there are numerous posters expressing their own honest views and opinions. So. rhetorical question? why so few posters on here ?? I suspect because unless you agree with the worshipped one you get shot down.
BF arrogant ?? - you decide. But he's up against getting that accolade now that the bold Donald has touched down on his patch......
It'll be interesting to see what, if anything is left to pay out as a maiden dividend. The presentation plus most on here quote figures based on EBITDA whereas the dividend policy is based on Profit After Tax (ie Net Profit). That's not a criticism, just a fact that makes it more difficult to try to project what 20% of Net Profit may be.
106M is a huge lump of money. Whilst the cashflow is beginning to flow well, they're starting from a low positive position. ie 13.5M as at end 2018 so needing to generate 93M free cash just to pay for the Project alone within the next 2 years. Throw in the debt reduction payments and there's not a lot left.
Wouldn't surprise me to see them going back into negative territory. There's no doubt that they are generating enough cash to service any debt so no big deal. Just a note of caution to anyone expecting to see a decent dividend payout in the short term.
The SP continues to reflect Investor sentiment and the market is seldom wrong.
This time next year, or was that the next year or the next or the next ?????
Forgot to say, George Taylor was one of 3 Investors who bought a minority shareholding in RFC. The fans don't and never have owned Rangers.
19p a few years ago, takeover of football clubs, we should never let FACTS get in the way of a good story
On the basis that Richieboy et al didn't challenge, we can assume that in fact you were correct.
Look on the positive. At least you've only been here for 8 years !!!
Don't 'stand corrected' too soon. I have no axe to grind with anyone on here but I think that there was a consolidation of shares in 2015. You seem to take a bit of a doing on here so whilst your 'foes' may be correct about the SP being at 19p in 2014 I think they'll find that the decimal point in the number of shares that they held at that time jumped one place to the left ie 100 shares became 10 shares and 19p became 1.9p (or thereabouts).
For anyone to suggest that the SP was at 19p in 2014 is certainly not comparing like with like compared to the present day..
I stand to be corrected..........
You and I seldom agree on our views on this Company but that said I do respect yourself views. What do you think has to happen to make things happen? Should be a great investment but going nowhere
You're reading two different postings when you appreciate the worshipped one's summary and mention someone questioning the pay policy. BF conveniently omitted that point from his comprehensive summary.
Rest assured the new remunerations package being proposed won't be detrimental to Cargill and his minions.
Your last post sounds like the words of a Solicitor. Did you really right all these joined up words yourself. Still not sure what you're trying to say but no doubt the BF will jump to your defence regardless of whether or not he knows ...
With respect.. cast you're mind back several years as to where you told us where the Sp would be by now then work out if you've got enough between your ears to work out who the idiot is. The smart ones amongst us know the answer to that one,
Oh oh. Surely not muteny in the ranks. You'll get drummed out the brownies by the worshipped one suggesting that BOD changes may be required. I have to take my hat off to you for such an innovative and original suggestion
Power - If you're looking for reasons to hold onto this share you'll be looking for a long time. Nothing's going to change the SP. It's where it is because it's the correct and fair market price as far as Investors and Financial Markets are concerned. Too many have been stung in the past and have no confidence in the Company or the people running it. Reading the ramping on here that's been spewed out year after year ( X price by Y date) isn't going to change it. If you're inclined to sell up you should do.
Anyway at the current time, the SP kinda pales into insignificance. Good to see that the mine is pretty much intact, even better to hear that the employees are safe and well but most importantly good to see that KMR are offering help and financial aid to the Country and its people.
We've all been hanging about waiting on a glimmer of light by way of a dividend. I'd like to think that investors (large and small) would gladly give up the thought of a dividend in the short term to allow KMR to help financially as much as possible. It goes without saying that I'm not just singling KMR out. Hopefully all Corporates etc will be doing everything that they can to help.
Shocking pictures of devastation.
LOL.... and you just can't help yourself. as ever the sucker for a wind up. Bristling and bristling at any negative comment about you, MC and the BOD of KMR.
Count to 10 (if you can count as high as that ), and try and work out why no-one apart from you ever disagrees with my stupid posts.
Happy to discuss with you at some point in the future about the float to see who's right.
No one really answered my original question about why KMR bleed out interest costs whilst having a net credit cash balance now.
As I've said many times before you and I are at the two extremes of this damp squib.
In terms of 'last 5 years predictions' you're 5 down. Happy to predict the next 5 years again if you're up for it.
Happy Paddy's day my friend. There's only so many fools that can believe in the Irish Blarney...... xxx
And your point is ???? Sorry I forgot... A fiver by Tuesday...
FFS BF.......You try to have a grown up and sensible conversation and then quote..
Some text got eaten out of my previous due to the use of greater-than/less-than signs
And you want us to try to understand your point of view.
Night Night xxx
BF - Are you back tracking ??
And BTW .....Rightly or wrongly I didn't rise to your 'backstop' comment. That could be a long long conversation.
Greeno - don't post links, let's hear from you yourself.
BF - That's one (yet again) that we won't agree on. So to put in to simple terms, if you don't need debt why have debt??
I agree with your comment about needing flexibility but KMR is now generating so much cash that KMR should now be calling the shots and not the Banks.
