I think we would only be affected by rainbow chasers leaving which in my opinion would be a crazy move but positive for us as it would mean less short term holders in OO.

I've noticed the spread has been bigger again today. 3.31% probably tighten it later this week.

Iron man. He did mention it in a webinar last month. He said he expected imutex to probably sell for the higher end of the valuation £500M (if not more) ch ching.

I don't even think OO had that many shares before the fund raise.

Hard to believe CF acquired what he did for 13 million. I bet he's checked every cupboard now. Deal of the century

CF said Themis were being taken over by Merck for between 100-500 million and he expected OO could sell for the higher of that if not more. Personally I think CF has not 1 but 2 holy grails.

He may be looking at government contracts now that they are doubling capacity ;)

CF mentioned the shares today that are going to II's will be in sticky hands. Still might be the end of the link stock being sold off though. Another TR1 to say they are out before close today would be great for a start next week.

So OO has signed a contract with itself to start test vaccines for other people.

I was led to believe there was a 25k limit for pis therefore noone could have received enough shares to trigger a TR1.

Mark. First tranche of what? The shares issued by OO via primary bid was done in 2 tranches to PIs and IIs. First tranche has been dished out. Second one which is going mostly to IIs I believe is coming to market on Friday subject to the GM tomorrow. Nothing to do with link.
