Demon I think CF will more than likely sell within 2 years (or just after his lock in period 22nd June 2022) all non core should be monetised by then. The question is... Do you keep DIM as a sole entity but somehow still attached to Hvivo and re-lease annually or sell it off completely?

Another thing that I posted last week on the BB. The only way this would be fair to existing Orph holders would be if holders of MOGP had a share consolidation at 100/1 which would result in 30p per share. (Which strangely enough is around the average SP of Orph over the last couple of weeks)

Earache. You make a very detailed reason for your purchase of MOGP shares regarding the SPAC but let's be honest here. You never knew of the address change until I discovered and posted it on the MOGP BB this morning so don't play high and mighty saying some members dont know their ars from their elbow mate.

Think of it this way, If the SPAC was renamed Imutex or DIM SPAC LTD I'm sure people would then jump straight into it. Changing a company name is not a hard task to do.

You cannot categorically say it has nothing to do with a spin off though Mark. CF needs a shell to trade in US and last week bought 5% of a 'shell' The headquarters of MOGP have moved from essex to within WALKING distance of Hvivo. Could be breadcrumbs but also may be nothing.
