I put in a lot of stakes over the years, which was worth a couple of hundred quid before HE1. I now feel I have a chance to recoup some of it. Dont despair yet, I feel this will come good.

Ninetails, as Qwerty says look at DEC. unless you really want small, 1.2b MC. In a loop for regular trading, hedged oil price. 11% quarterly divi. whats not to like.
In fairness, UKOG has been held down by red tape, and now we still could be stopped if Ruth H. was to win her case. Although unlikely I think.

Thanks Trek. I did not explain I will wait till after ED, for it to stop rising then sell when it starts to drop, having a decent profit with divi. to come. Then start trading when I can. The trouble is we have to find the new highs and lows for the future. As you have said the old loop was 110/125.
Another benefit of this share is the fact we get paid quarterly so we can compound 1st and 3rd payments getting extra cash at 2nd and 4th payments.
So glad I found this share, beats all my others.
Thats my plan, but I believe in being flexible. GL>

Mrg123. Some good points. Oil production has shown good increase. Recent acquisition. Directors buys, oil price increases.
These seem to have upped the previous loop. So we may have to change our parameters. GL.

Hubeenstein. Some good posts on here tonight. This is my theory, not advice.
With 2 weeks to ED, I think the loop this share tracks, it will continue to rise, with maybe a small dip a couple of days before. Of course on the 1st Sept. at 8.00am the sp. will drop 3.5p, and then, if I am right, will carry on rising a bit. Then I will sell with a good profit and divi. to come.

So another year of the SP being held down, because although unlikely, there is a possibility Finch gets a win.
SS may have his faults, but will he spend the money needed for the reinjection well knowing it could get closed down.
Compensation should be paid to the Company, when these damaging cases are bought and then fail.

Davetravers. Mines worth several hundred quid now, no good putting it into anything else to gain a few pence. If UKOG does have some good news, then we have seen it shoot up before. The gambler in me says take the bet. We all have to make our own way as best we can. My average is 1.4pence. But there is some good advice on here re. trading, I chose the averaging down route, which on some shares would have worked, but here it has not yet.
My best share is DEC, where I do trade and get an excellent divi.
But my heart tells me UKOG may come good one day, but my brain tells me, well thats for me to know.

Exploration, thanks for the link, I enjoy reading such reports. It could be caused by Aliens trying to escape from middle earth!!
But the more likely result will be the Greens accusing UKOG & Co. of fracking, causing bad water and earthquakes. Then another 2 years delay before someone says, Oh there have not been any disturbances some it must be the little green men.

Swizz, good posts earlier. But in my opinion, we should have been awarded at least some costs after we were found in favour at the Court case, re Loxley. That might have deterred this latest nonsense.
As always its us the shareholders thats affected. Two years plus delay, causing decreasing sp.
Lets hope SS gets his Black and Decker out and starts drilling soon.
In 3 years, if we are producing, there will not be much to see, just a wooded area.

Something a bit funny here. SP went to 9.3% at about 10.00am and has not moved since. Not even profit taking to bring it down, which is not normal. Now as Ian says its up to 11% plus, but not on here or HL. Not even many posts saying just a blip, and UKOG will be producing soap bubbles in the water at HH by 4.00pm.

Penguins, yes I am elderly and a slow typer, so I tend to abbreviate. No I did not mean everyone at SCC is on the left but some are against O/G and Gov. anything in this Country to slow us down. Just like the Boris vote, that has been a witch hunt by the Media to overturn Brexit. He did not even eat his Birthday cake.
