I woke up this morning feeling really optimistic about President Energy's prospects and future share price! It must be the enthusiasm and positivity of the posters on here that has started to run off on me. Here's hoping the reality starts to match the oprimism.

still lots of great news to come and I am sure many more opportunities this firm will take advantage of, including when the time is right I am convinced further acquisitions.

Yes, All great news comeonvog what I am really hoping for won't cost the company much money at all and that is, as soon as possible to give an update relating to production and revenue to show what progress they are making with improved production and vastly improved prices so far this year. Hopefully that will get Presidents sp over 2.5p and heading north.

the company is going to get it's own listing and that the first deal they have mentioned look like very big numbers to me - though I don't know what is normal in this industry and they also have a second deal in the offing all boxes well to me. Could end up being a very large international company. Just my own thoughts after a little pondering.

I've tried to understand the RNS regarding this but am not sure what is saying.
Is he saying those owners of a number of Presidents shares will be entitled to some Atome shares for free - pro-rata?
Or, that President shareholders will to be allowed to buy at a discount,
or, that President's shareholders will be entitled to buy some shares at full price.
If someone could explain this in case I have missed some key phrases it would be much appreciated.

figures they quote here. They mention 1,900 Bcf. I thought the previously thought amount of gas was 1Trillion cf.
So, is what they are now quoting roughly twice as big 1.9 Trillion cf or have I mis remembered the numbers from previously.

morning today has proved a bit disappointing. However, it's there for all to see - the potential is huge and it's not long before the company will be taking it's next steps in the Paradox whilst also - day by day earning revenue from it's other canny investments. I still believe this is a temporary blip - and other investors have probably taken money out to try and invest it for big gains somewhere else. Myself I'm happy to leave my investment where it is and watch the share price like the company grow significantly in the near to mid term.

Certainly a lesson to be learnt from this lot for all the other wannabe mid cap companies.
and also what some company's management do for their shareholders too. We seem sometimes just to have to put up with bad decisions and continuous dilution which totally goes against what this company is trying to do. Like you say - a breath of fresh air!!

So much looking forward to the next three days. On one of the three days we will hear about the results of the core analysis which in itself is HUGE news. Then we are into July and the drilling will commence and further BIG news - here's hoping for a great result based on all the work the company has done this in itself will be MASSIVE news as revenue from this can feed into other projects or an expansion of the Paradox drilling.
Apart from this in Zak's analysis he says there's been absolutely no problem Zephyr's sp breaking through any of the resistance points.
Here's hoping for a great 3 days and then month ahead - really exciting share to be in at the moment. Some shares and companies I'm aware of have done so little over a period of years! Yet this one seems 100% committed and are very keen on time lines and have a great strategy. Please don't take my word for it - it's all imho so please dyor.

6p and still headed Northwards. Not only that the BIG news arrives over the next few days next week re the overlying reservoirs and presumably some indication of what in that particular area Zephyr will be able to target. It's all great news and I assume that news next week will be great in terms of potential and also bring lots of other investors into the company.
I must admit Malcy did call this early in terms of this potential and hopefully that potential can start to be looked at and planned to be drilled. No wonder CH talks about the Paradox being a lot of work on their hands.
I think I'm getting carried away though now. First things first.

Some great results(fingers crossed from that drill).
All the other things Zephyr have lined up .......

Must admit am as excited about this share as I have been in a long time. Really looking forward to more updates next week!

That's exactly my concern though comeonvog -
the SP never gets a chance to stabilise at a higher price.
Not sure what's going to change that.

There is a lot of good advice given on these boards and I appreciate people often see things things from their own perspective.
If you are long term holder in President and have lost money because of the price you previously paid when there were less shares available then I can well understand the frustration. Averaging down might work well.
However and this is the thing that doesn't seem to being answered(btw I don't know the answer myself) as the company currently stands with all the good work it has done over the last couple of years it barely gets above 2.10p before dropping again. So, the question is what action can the company take to increase the share price. If incremental addition to production doesn't seem to do it then will acquisitions help? will Atome help? , or do we need to wait till next year and see if we get success from Paraguay(which is a risk anyway).
So, despite all the good things that have happened over the last couple of years I am failing to see how shareholder value is to be increased here - or am I just not seeing something that other people are?
PL can enthuse all he wants but the real test to me is that sp and at the moment it seems to be stuck.

We certainly need something to change the game here. Lots of positive news but no sp movement. It's truly vexing. Tbh I can see some of Fevertreeman's frustration as you obviously buy shares to make money and for them to be seemigly stuck at 2p with a 5p target with all the good news recently is frankly annoying. People have been talking of rerates for some time but currently nothing seems to be happening. I'm hoping the news re the first half plus a movement into drilling oil in the second plus positives from Atome - all will help. However, still got this thing that nags me about there being so many issued shares and can the company do anything about that. Are there any options open to the company to buy back shares or somehow reduce the shares in issue. The only way I can think of them doing this is a consolidation.
Time will tell - just want this share over 3p and moving north!
