Thank you sharehead very much appreciated - should have realised that myself - we just need that development licence announced officially then hopefully we will get reports on progress as Ara moves things forward.

To come. Just a quick question that some posters on here might be able to answer. If the development licence is announced by RNS will Ara be able to get the rig contract sorted and start drilling whilst the pipeline is being built then plug a well, or wells until the pipeline is complete?

What I'm trying to say is that we could see some progress other than waiting for the pipeline to be completed.

I appreciate what you are saying 're the 20p might be quite conservative. A result though of the drilling issue last year means I am quite cautious, so for me it's first things first - the drill goes well, the results are good then will see where things are at then. I suppose to get to 20p and beyond it will imply again successful drilling and quicker expansion compared to what they have currently achieved. So to me the question is can Zephyr predictably achieve successful wells and if wanting to expand rapidly what is there strategy. However, first things first a successful drill and test results - one last point the so trend is now looking good.

Yes, sorry, probably semantics, what I meant was when they can announce that they have it via an RNS and then consequently that Ara can start setting the drilling location up and commence drilling.

Hadn't thought about it but the question could be applicable here too!

I would be just over the moon if they can get the development licence and start the drilling - I know I have repeated this a few times but still true!

I must admit there does appear to be more optimism - just wish it could be backed up with some good news in the not too distant 🙂

If we get the results we are hoping for. If the drilling is successful(possibly 6-7p), if the test results are good(7-8p), if the test results are really good(9-11p).

Do these values ask realistic or am I being too optimistic?

That is exactly where I'm coming from. The difficulty is you make an assumption(guess) as to the price reaching its lowest value but who knows that's the difficult part. Having said that what I can see is a huge disconnect between the current value I of the company and the value of huge reserves, which with the recent results they have proved they can develop.

There also appears to be certainty in what they can develop in terms of signing a contract to deliver certain volumes of gas.

I must admit it is a conundrum. It is hard to know when the sp will move but given the huge resource at some point if the company is to be sold then surely that will reflect a large capital value of the company compared to the share of the resource the buyer will be buying. All I think we can do is good and wait and if we do believe in the eventual much higher price then buy some more at what looks like the lowest sp it has been for some time between now and then.

I like the way it's described on the At a website as massive resource potential. Looking forward hopefully to news in the next couple of days and then not too long after that a further update on plans from Ara.

Hopefully some days ahead where we will start to see progress rather than the stagnation we've had to endure for a number of years. Fingers crossed and gla.

36-2 well by the end of next week. Will be good to get the drilling underway.

Yes, I might not have mentioned it but did pick up on that and it's further great news. A really positive interview and adds to the impetus of all the developers now heading in the same direction.

Another thing I picked up on but didn't mention was that Empire were so impressed with the SSH1 well that they were going to take good parts of that process and build it into their future drilling - a good endorsement for the SSH1 and also boxes well going forward.

I listened to the interview and took a lot out of that. The guy notices a very positive message - it seems odd to hear more or less exactly the same list of positives that he lists about the recent well results that POQ quoted. The other big positives I too were the demand that will presumably put the sellers in a strong position and also his statement about all the money that Brian Sheffield has invested in the Beetaloo in various ways and to follow the money - said about all I could have wanted to hear!
