Pension tfr......from my experience in the industry.....WTW will be your problem.

HL can only ask for the pension to be transferred to them. The issue will be with the ceding scheme.

I would direct your complaint there and threaten the pension ombudsman.

Well, they can’t have mine until they shift the decimal point a couple of places!!
