Whilst the latest CR is frustrating as a v v LTH, it will make minimal difference in the grand scheme of things if any of the drills are successful. And anyone wanting to add or jump in today should be pretty much guaranteed a decent rise in the coming months with FO news and build up to drilling in Feb. GLA.
...by me that is! I said I wouldn't buy any more, but at 1p on the nose I just couldn't resist! Right, back to my lurking and patient waiting.... ;)
Nope, that was on 13th March?!
The contract will be signed. At that point it is legally binding on both parties, per the terms of that contract. Condition precedents within the contract are the "deal breakers", i.e if transfer of a working interest is a condition precedent, then if (88e) failed to do so, the other party (farminee) would be excused/released from their contractual obligations (e.g. to pay $$$, to carry out the drills etc).
Agree with Moneyhawk… the RNS tells us that the farminee has approved everything (at board level), so all that remains is for the contracts themselves to be executed. Given the wording, I would expect this to be imminent, after which another RNS giving the salient details of the deal done. My view is that this RNS was simply to assuage the jitterers that the deal was still no track (a done deal really) and will be signed imminently.
£5-6 in immediate short term, £15+ within next year...
The rerate/return to fair value is just beginning.. :)
I really hope the SP doesn’t drop back down significantly whilst we wait... not because I’m worried that it will return and rise upon any positive FO news, but because I really am fully loaded here now, and it will be torture trying to resist the urge to buy even more. I’ve waited 3.5 years so far, more than willing to wait a couple more at least to reap that black cream!
Excellent news - game on, and hopefully we should see significant further recovery in the share price - £3-4 minimum, given £9 previous price, with power to add following imminent Clevegen and partner news.
WAussie, thanks pal. I've been in 3.5 years, so yes sooner the better, but equally prepared to wait another 3.5 years if it were to cream that curve! ;)
Already got a lot here, but had some money to invest from another sale, and getting a few more (just) sub 1p to bring my total number of shares to just over 1 million. Doesn't sound a lot to some I'm sure, but to me it's by far my largest holding. I have faith in the company and leadership, and am hoping for a strong performance in the coming weeks, months, and years! GLA
The current SP action reminds me of the start of the Grand National, where the horses move up to the starting rope, then have to trot back a little bit, the jockeys looking over their shoulders knowing that the BIG OFF will be kicking off any moment! I first invested in 88e on 21 December 2015, and have made some money along the way but my current holdings average has been under water for the past couple of years. Lurking and holding patiently, and still have every confidence in DW and the gang bringing it home in memory of PB. Best of luck to all investors both LTH and new, and here's to a rewarding month and year or two ahead!
I'm a LTH and LTL (long term lurker)… been here from 0.4p up to 4p+ and down and up and down again... whilst gutted about the Winx result, it's only a single piece in the portfolio with the vast majority still to play for. I'm going to remain patient, and have bought a small chunk more today to reduce my average slightly. Good luck to all.
then perhaps you shouldn't be invested. Massively positive RNS, treeshake by the MMs for the nervous/incompetent who can't understand what has been written... in a nutshell they've found a plausible explanation for the previous problem results (steroids), and are carrying out further tests to corroborate this. In other words, it's a cautious but definite game back on for Traumakine… which to my mind means not a full rerate to £8.50, but certainly a large chunk of the way back there, say, £3-5. Just my personal view. DYOR etc. For what it's worth I've just doubled my holding.
...smoothly. I was happy with my sizeable (for me) holding at c.2.5p (having bought and sold since 0.37p days). I topped up more at 2p, and have just had a further modest top up at 1.3p. My fundamental faith in the proposition and the team hasn't altered - the only thing that's changed now is that if it all goes terribly wrong I might lose a lump of money that in 10 years time my life won't be significantly impacted, but if it all goes terribly right I could have shaved a decade or two off my retirement date! GL to all LTH.
1p today? :)
Spicemerchant - thanks, yes that's what I've being using since, but not great layout etc. I use it just for creating a shortlist/portfolio to monitor live (or as live as possible!) prices - bid, ask, volume, trades, and ideally RNS etc.
Hi All, sorry for the off topic question (I'm a LTH but lurker, not just a spamming!). Can any of you recommend a good alternative now that www.shareprice.co.uk is defunct? ii is pretty rubbish... thanks in advance!
Mikemine - have you heard of Google? Try it.
FYI I emailed Ricardo yesterday to ask about F4C. They said that all applicants had now been notified, and to await an announcement on the F4C website in due course... they refused to confirm whether or not VLS had been successful, and when I asked whether then the F4C website announcement was expected and whether the applicants were under embargo in announcing results (and so, until when) I got no further reply! Oh well, I tried.
