Looking again at the TFG Asset Management UK LLP TR1, I don't think they've actually acquired any larger shareholding %, but have changed the makeup in the holdings, in that a chunk of the CFDs indirect holding now having been paid to ordinary shareholding. What that all means I don't know, but it the very fact that these substantial trades are being made by major shareholders indicates to me that there will be some positive change of control news afoot, which gives a chance of a multibag from these bargain basement prices....all v high risk of course, but worth a punt IMHO.

If I'm reading the TR1 for TFG Asset Management UK LLP correctly, it shows their shareholding has ticked over from just under the 30% compulsory offer threshold, from 29.90% to now holding 34.37%. According to a quick Google (so may be entirely wrong!) that should mean they have to make an offer to the other shareholders?

V. interesting developments Laura - definitely something (positive) going on behind the scenes .... I'm continuing to hold my investment as the highest risk/reward punt within my portfolio. GLA!

All still on track, a delay of a few weeks from the most optimistic estimates to get the plant online is entirely irrelevant for an serous investors. Great to hear commercial talks now at advanced stage and HEX in the driving seat to choose which suitor it will supply to initially. I’m buying more on any SP weakness this month, and £1 still v much my initial target.

IMHO the major shareholders wouldn't have voted against without firm plans for adding very significant near-term value to the SP. I'm in, and looking forward to the BOOM in "an expeditious manner" :)

...everyone could stop with the petty ad hominem attacks, accept that it is perfectly permissible to have differing and contrarian views, and that this board does not have to be simply an echo chamber? There is a small number of posters who regularly contribute meaningful input and thoughts, can everyone else try and do likewise. If a poster annoys you sufficiently, then just filter them, it really isn't difficult.

All time high to date was exactly 30p a few weeks ago - was a single small trade IIRC, but just touched the 3s…

Current MCAP showing at c. £26m - USD$92 value in 30% interest = approx £68m alone, getting on for a 3 x current SP even with the rise so far. All IMHO DYOR etc.

MCAP rerate to multibag this week

I've bailed on one of my poorer performing shares, and added a small addition of 31,439 shares @ £0.2315p - brings my average up slightly (but only slightly, was 16.6p before then), but comfortable this tranche will be in the blue v soon.

Another already successful and commercial production well, before further perforation which I have no doubt will return flow rates of at least the same magnitude as Linda. A well explained RNS, and valuable information gained by the company to help maximise flow rates, production, and profits! The commerciality of Inez (even at the much smaller interval perforated at a deeper level) also confirms the southern dome and resource upgrade potential. I am personally happy, and will add more if/when the opportunity allows.

What would be the advantage of combining, if assays were positive? Surely one RNS for positive assays, with resource update to follow within next couple of weeks, then the resource update RNS?
