Even Ireland is beginning to be swamped. very true lti ,just had 5 weeks over there ,had a job to find the locals in some towns ,lots have not resurfaced since covid but several pubs i used to find the real locals in /and hotels closed full of ucrains ,they need somewhere to go ,no ibis hotels available in dublin full of the same ,anywhere in hospitality it was hard to find someone who you could understand ,all from overseas ,and still in the eu but every shop or pub had notices staff wanted so much for brexit causeing our labour shortage ,i would say in general ireland is worse off ,as i said tuther day first time in 30 years the fuel for yer cars was cheaper back in the uk ,even diesel now same as petrol that was always cheaper by a country mile ,the irish are being hammered by the eu ,about time for irexit

basically i agree with you ima ,but you must be a young person ,just wait until you fall ill or want spend your later years in comfort ,i was se for 45 years until i now have to visit docs and hospital so often that no i doubt any one would employ me ,it would cost me about 4k to resit my gas safe ,which is a f**** ,80% is repeating/proving stuff you have been doing all the time and proved it only 4 years ago ,there are 3 very good long served fitters sub retirement age fitters in my small town who have had enough and are not renewing ,if you want a good gas safe engineer look for one who only has a 5 digit number that means they are at least 35 years and corgi reg before gas safe[cash cow] was brought in ,so how many very good fitters country wide have lost ,and we are trusting wet behind the ears 12 week trained idiots ,so dont call us on the sick bone idles some of us have no choice or been driven out of our trade ,and as for expats i dont blame them when you consider my mid terrace bungalow here costs £1600 council tax ,and my home in roi a 3 bed detached bungalow costs £90 yes nine zero ,so calm down young man it aint that simple keep safe

For the first time in over 30 years of traveling to ireland roi the cost of diesel and petrol was dearer than in england ,we seem to have stagnated @1.17 give or take a smidge for ages , mind you we moan about the boat peeps here , until i got to county kerry anywhere i stopped could hardly speak a word of english /irish and even in dingle most workers in pubs ,shops etc were foreign such a shame but the guinness tasted the same , good rant mv got my vote

good god man what planet do you live on ? i bought in here a few days ago to get about 4% in a few weeks now where am i going to get the money in my bank to make it 10% plus ,buy backs dont put it in your bank only on paper if the sp rises you cannot quote double digit returns that is very misleading,or wet dreams

How often do messages get removed for telling/expressing your opinion ? all i stated was i considered the 6/7 % divi in real cash was at that level because it was a carrot ,and will be kept there , if sp stays progressive rise will be kept very very small , if sp goes up so % divi per pound is not worth investing it will progress faster/higher , so it is rigged not set as it should to reflect profit that should be shared out , but wham it was removed ,it was still saying how many posts but one less listed

I am new to this well this century, thought i would give it another go ,but if you start telling the truth and wham yer posts disappear

I would prefer ,divi increase to all current holders ,rather than a buy back ,look at lloyds 4 billion buy back and still the sp is lower than pre covid

I only bought these to get 4%divi approx over the next few weeks but now wondering if i should have sold when this was mid 47s yesterday ,as i was up over 5% ,am i being greedy ?
