Well capital means cash so theyre going to find a way to reduce cash, other than opening up further plants. May mean they're happy where they are and believe production is saturated

Not sure why anyone would want to get out on such meagre gains.

Been lucky enough to hold these from the first special dividend in 2012. They've paid out 188p in dividends since then, what a constantly astonishing return for an AIM listed company

I sold a few days before the announcement and yet still qualify. Seems odd but I'm going to get roughly £800 for not taking up the offer. Equates to £2/share more on the price I sold out at. Happy bunny here as I was exiting all my positions

Is anyone else waiting for their dividend? HSBC told me it can be up to 10 working days after payment date but if had every dividend ever paid by CAML and don't remember one being late before

Sold too soon. I had a decent holding but increased it at 160p. Sold that at 200p which was a decent profit in a week!

CaneToad, everyone has a right to buy or sell but it's worth noting that CAML have hardly put a foot wrong since they listed. I've had 150%, or there abouts, of my initial investment back in dividends and the dividend just announced amounts to 20% to me so I'll not complain.

I have full trust in the board that they will continue to deliver and don't really care where their operations are.

BP do most of their work outside of the Britain

I think the share price dipped when they bought Sasa because of the level of increased debt. They've suggested that any new acquisition will be funded from cash so not sure if this will impact any dividend for a short period

Fundamentals on here have been updated to include the new accounts and states £4.8b cash in hand. That was where my figures came from. Why do they differ?

So, 550m buy back at £1 a share is roughly 7% of share issue based on a £6b mcap. Is that correct?

We're trading at below PE of 2, and surely this trading year will be equally profitable. 2021 accounts showed in excess of £5b in cash in bank so we must now have more cash than the entire mcap, and some! Perhaps a rerate to 150p at least
