Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
Let's hope you are right?
It certainly could have been a lot worse John(as they said in Jurassic park).
Mind you that didn't turn out too well in the end!!
We will probably get an RNS update next Friday??
1st April
Be pretty apt

Very true.
Spoken like an Instant Expert

I remember reading an article about investing in Aim stocks.
It came out shortly after our last fundraise.
The basic warnings were.
Be careful investing in stocks where the Bod pay themselves huge salaries as opposed to modest salaries and share options (much better if they have a higher risk themselves and significant skin in the game).
Be cautious of firms that bring out prospective developments and talk up progress for a fundraise,as they normally achieve little of what is promised afterwards.
Be aware of firms that have delayed timelines and consistently fail to deliver on promised dates.
In short be cautious you aren't investing in a "lifestyle" company for the Bod.
Of course I saw this aftwr the last fundraise(which I was happy to be part of with the 90 percent chance of success to achieve commercialisation on projects promised by BOD).
I thought,well this doesn't pay to Qfi ????????
Although it does sound strangely familiar???

Good to see Google translate is no longer using "Allo,Allo" software Brookie?
Weathers lovely here in Charente, tho not sure what it's like in Toulouse or Bristol or Manchester?
Probably same old, things progressing and jam tomm.
It's well over a year since anything positive for trials or potential Clients. (apart from BioMsar updates).
If they talk it up it won't make any difference now,no one really takes that seriously now, been done too many times before.
It's a Trial date/Contract and positive road to commercialisation thats needed and nothing else will work.
I'm sure they are aware of that?
I just get more convinced they don't have the necessary skills to negotiate and sell the product, but so want to be proved wrong!!!
Ho humxx
Sorry, just presumed when you said you were using Google translate and French was the first language that you lived in France.
Whereabouts before Manchester then out of curiousity?
Xxx
Where abouts in France do you live?
I was merely stating my point of view Haggis.
I know past performance is no guide to the future, but it's a concerning insight after 18 years !!
I didn't expect the Spanish inquisition!!
But then nobody expects the Spanish inquisition!!
See what tomm brings eh?
Xx
Haggis,it's difficult to look confidently at the future when the majority of the timelines(if not all of them),that were promised fail to materialise.
I think we All want it to succeed, but there is a thin line between patience and dissolusionment!!
Xxx
How are you doing DPE?
Great to see you are still onboard.
As an experienced person in the oil industry, what's you're thoughts on it All at the moment?
Xxx
Ps
I would really appreciate Forum Members views on the meeting and they're thoughts going forward.
If Prep H or anyone could post it would be much appreciated.
Xx
As I said there was a meeting between Forum Moderators and Qfi Bod yesterday.
I have seen what details they can divulge and although nothing is ever certain,it looks like Morocco is not going to happen and Mexico is not likely either in the near future.
MSC is ok ,but really want BioMsar,so you would think that was a way off with having to do a Lono and source adequate glycerine supply.
On a positive note, the recent oil hikes should encourage firms to source other supplies and alternatives asap?
Let's hope new Bid are being very proactive and new Chairman and COOcan assist in that?
Have I missed something?
Who is Brian ?
Apart from being a very naughty boy?x
I'm still hanging in there trying to be positive Haggis,
Just need positive Rns's to help?????
Xx
I've been told to tonight that there was a meeting with Forum moderators and Qfi Bod .
I have been sent details of conversations.
I'm sure someone will print it here but it doesn't make positive reading re Morocco or Mexico and MSc looks a way off?
Hopefully someone will forward it here!!!!!
Sorry to put a damper on itxxxx
That's an excellent post, and despite my frustrations see exactly what you are saying.
As I said my main sense of grievance and despair is why give us time scales and road maps when they appear to be hugely innavurate and fail to materialise?
That still indicates a management inability to fulfill on the written timescales for all to see as they have issued in the various Rns's?
That's the Achilles heal for me.
It's not as if it's happened infrequently.
Xx
I hope so too but the silence speaks volumes I fear?
Whilst we have had some good posts about these things needing time to put in place, the Company was founded in 2004?
18 years is a long time not to have a Contract or revenue in any Companies history?
The bit I find hard to defend is the timescales and road maps given out on many occasions with expectedQ1/2 /3 etc achievements and it never bears fruit.
I will stay with it of course(largely as I have no choice anyway).
I also appreciate Covid and now the sad happenings in Ukraine don't help but with the price of oil soaring and the much emphasised benefit savings of using Msar they will never have a better opportunity?
Add the environmental benefits too?
I appreciate it takes time but they have had plenty of that!
So it's either a product problem or a lack of ability to present the product effectively and close a deal.
That may be a simplistic view for some, but I can't see if it is as effective and cost saving as stated ,why(despite the logistic problems),some Company, even on a small scale doesn't or hasn't trialed it and proceeded further?
Issuing time scales that just pass by without anything occurring is just so tiresome.
It's a limited purse so thus a limited timescale left.
Does you're head in!!!!
Any news would be nice?

I think a lot of people will be in agreance concerning another fundraise?
They need pen on paper and we can't just keep saying this will be the year?
The catch is if you don't raise funds and they are running out of cash then they will threaten to fold up the Company,so you are over a barrel.
For me tho, that is it investment wise as I believe if they can't do it now, they never will and I'm getting older.
As you said 10 plus years is quite long enough xx
