Bodes well then?I think surely they must have grassed the Shareholders feelings on this and failure of the Bod to act in my opinion will be inexcusable. It makes common sense to use every penny to get the product over the line and then pay yourself accordingly afterwards depending on the income you have generated??
If they fail to act on this and grasp
this issue prior to any impending fundraise then they really are hopelesly out of touch and purely after theyre own misguided intetests.
They have to address this at the Agm
xx
I did write to them asking for updates and explaining the Shareholders disbelief at the wages paid to Mr Kirk and even more so Mr Miles at the weekend and our hopes that they will considerably reduce them.
I am hoping that they will announce just this at the Agm and realistic updates on where we are trial and potentially contract wise and hoping that they reply to my message.
I am sadly unsure of either unfortunately.
Xx
Thanks,letter sent.xx
Been trying to get on info@quadrise fuels site to send a letter to The Bod as discussed but it keeps coming up as address invalid?Any ideas and what’s best email address to use if one of you could let me know pleasexxx
Very reasoned Sam,must be you’re medical background.
Yes he did look tired but to be fair I thought it was more unenthusiastic but that could be the cynic in me?.
How many times we have said next year is make or break I can’t recall but the next fundraise,if they get it through will probably be the last.
Not selling but need 25p to break even on average so a mere matter of 13 times existing share price!!
Well hopefully we will know a lot more after Agm?
Hope old man is ok and enjoying any cricket he can find?
Have a good weekend everyone.xxxx
Well you’ve just answered that onexx
Good luck with that,be sure to put across a Gillinghams thoughts if he is in agreeance as they hit the nail on the head.x
That’s a good idea,Foxm and Barking and many others have posted some very poignant facts and thoughtsxx
yup
great idea,i shall sort and send at weekendxxx
No I won’t either
It’s my fault that I have way too much cash tied up in this and would lose far more than I can possibly afford to if they don’t succeed. But I think they have had ample opportunity to get a contract signed and that along with the ridiculous wages they are paying themselves for no tangible achievement has caused me to lose all faith and worse still, all trust in the Bod.I so want to be proved wrong and I hope they do so.I won’t hold my breath though and I won’t be buying any more shares.
No one of us wants it to fail!Of course we dont. But and the big but is that we want results and not rhetotic!!
By all means pay yourself a huge salary, but when the Company makes a profit and Has secured Contracts and is financially secure!!
The Bod simply reduces wages to normality until such time that happens?
Is that too much to ask after all the pain the long term shareholders have endured?
Also makes economic sense and if they are so confident that 2021 is the year for Qfi then its one year of reduced wages?
They did it once before and very quickly repaid the shortfall after the last fundraise.
Do the same again, except this time dont make up wages until Contracts are signed, revenue is coming in and share price is in major recovery!
Is that really too much to ask?
Barking you are right too,we should all email them and stress these issues.
I did try phoning but just a very unprofessional answer machine message saying offices arent staffed due to Covid!!
A week to Agm,lets hope they get the message beforehand.xx
i agree with all the sentiments
i can see no justification for paying themselves these huge out of proprtion wages?
We are a loss making Company without a single Contract in more than 15 years and constantly sailing close to the wind and having to fundraise with bad deals like Bergen and share dilution?
The Pi's get rolled over and yet they are paying themselves like they are a succesful Blue Chip 250 Company?
A wage reduction would have given us into 2022 and perhaps if they achieved something they could have increased theyre wages then?
I have no idea what you do about it though?
Theres no one at the Agm and they will just veto any awkward questions in advance?
I do hope though that someone somehow can convey the message to them?I think
this time they are really misjudging the shareholders mood.
Rant overxx
A commercial contract may be the one and only thing to get the share price up but thats the very thing that the Bod dont seem to be able to deliver?
With yet another fundraise on the cards and more dilution and the possibilty of another Bergen sell off(if they even meet the criteria) its no wonder us long termers are dispondant!!
Mix that with the time delays and jam tomorrow and tgen the hugely excessive wages they are paying themselves its mot suprising that there is a large air of discomfort about?
I want and need to be proved wrong but weve all done our bit in dipping into the piggy bank when requested but they need to produce something concrete now or they will struggle to get support
Reduce salaries and have share options instead would help!!Just get something signed and not an Mou !!
Be interested to know what Prep H and Sam and Dpe and the Forum stalwarts think of it all?
Good luck to all,we need itxx
Fair comment Lightjaw but i do prefer coffee!!xx in
Out of interesr what do Mike and Jason pay themselves a month in salaries?xx
Ive held for several years and bought at just under 15p
Was up 4x on two occasions but like so many held on the belief it could make £1.00 atleast(never quite believed the £3.00)
So now like so many i am down.I have learnt with Aim the hard way.
Seemed so much promise here and almost derisked if the results from Dt Trice were to be believed. But it appears they werent and if you cant trust the "experts" then who can you trust?i still find it hard to comprehend that he and others could be so wrong and hope that there may yet be good news to come?Im not sure i have faith in CA but the fact they have bought since the kitchen sink rns is encouraging.
But one thing is for sure it wont make 60p
again and if i break even at 15p,which may be possible its all a long way from the hopes and aspirations of a year ago.
Good luck to all.Had hoped this would be a game changer on my pension like so many.
x
Good news Bp!!Will this allow you to gaze into crystal ball with added insight from now on?
Speedy recovery and plenty of restxx
Speedy recovery Bp,I’m sure you will be fine ,keep us posted.
How’s retirement Dpe?Good to know you are still about XX
whatever happened to Hawkhead??x
I have held Hur for several years now.
Had 135000 at 14p
Watched it go to 65p a couple of times and back down again.Complicated by the fact it was in my Pension and believing the hype could go to over a pound i hung on,as so many did.
Really cant see the point of selling now?
Not sure if there is a lot going for it and sentiment is truly against it after the all shattering Rns,but i know ive sold in the past only to see things recover,if not to former levels.
Feel like ive been dragged around an Arena behind a chariot and then doubtless fed to the lions.
So many people with Oil working backgrounds believed too!
Well im so numbed i think i will just sit it out to whatever end now
Good luck to Allxxxx
