I don't know the status of the Italian plant as the company have gone quiet but I am pretty sure if they don't get the refinancing done and dusted in the next month or so its almost certain there will be another raise, which would be very worrying at these levels.

I believe its just a matter of whether the trade is above or below the mid price point.

We won't have long to wait to find out... I expect news on the trials to come through pretty quickly once it gets up and running.

I'm sure at the AGM something will be imminent and pipelines will get mentioned a few times.

It is still potential atm but I'm detecting a degree of confidence that this technology will scale up without too many hitches.

Just suppose things keep going as they are now(not well or fast) and they need another raise late summer/autumn and what discount on the sp someone would need to gamble some money into Eqtec? I did think this was a good long term investment but you need good management to attain this and now I'm very sceptical.

I just think Eqtec are struggling to get the sort of interest where companies/governments will throw serious money at the tech. At the speed Eqtec are going the technology will be over taken before they make any serious in roads.

Obviously no one likes a dilution but given his options with the cost of 36-2 it was probably the right one. I shall be patient and wait on the carrot that is 36-2.

He also said "he thinks its a very good time to increase your exposure to the company". So lets hope his confidence is well placed.

"Evidence of pressures and hydrocarbons in the well remain substantial." Its all risk versus reward, so I'm gambling they tame the well and get it flowing.... no guarantees though.

DD I think its perfectly reasonable anticipate a good share price adjustment upward when the permits are granted.

The chart is where the correlation ends... BP won't be asking shareholders for money this autumn.

Look at how long its taking to get the Italian plant handed over/refinanced and then work out how long before they have any significant revenue coming in from future plants. People aren't exactly falling over themselves to get funding for Eqtec technology despite what the BOD keep telling us. To be fair they aren't telling us much.

There is clearly a problem with the Italian plant that we aren't privy too and personally I would sooner the BOD be honest and open about why there are delays.

This moment could be infinite.

I would like things to be happening more quickly but it is what it is and while we have such a large slice of GROC I have no concerns.
