My 2 pennies worth:

1 - they are investing to increase production to meet demand for DermaPure, which is now being marketed for uro-gynaecology applications. This is potentially a massive market - remember the Vaginal Mesh scandal?

2 - The 20% share of TRX that is owned by a Woodford fund is a serious problem as it is due to be sold as part of the orderly wind down of the Woodford fund. Whoever buys these shares will be doing so in the knowledge that they will be expected to spend $1M in the equity fund raise announced as part of the financing deal on the 4th of June. At this stage nobody knows if there is a willing buyer or what price they would be prepared to pay.

3 - The financing deal announced on the 4th of July includes Tranches 2 and 3. These are subject to unspecified 'agreed revenue targets'. Today TRX have announced that 'the Board anticipates that revenue for 2019 will be below current market consensus by approximately 15% to 20%'. As private investors do not know the 'agreed revenue targets' it is hard to work out if the next 2 Tranches will be able to be drawn down or if more funding from Shareholders will be required.

Do I think that there is a profitable future for TRX - most certainly! Do I think that more funding will be required - well, at least the $5m and possibly more. Do I think that there may be a forced seller that depresses the share price - unfortunately yes.

But whilst a paint a bleak short term picture take it with a heavy pinch of salt as I am risk averse when cash flow targets are not me. If someone was to pay a premium for the Woodford shares they will have a far more detailed understanding of the laymans points I have expressed above and the share price would likely rocket. It comes down to an individual's risk appetite.

Don't crack open your Brexit eggs yet - it still has to be passed by Parliament. I expect that if it gets voted through there will be a rider that there must be a 2nd vote on Bris's deal or remaining.

Do you have no opinion on the fateful RNS dated 26 April? Many do.

What about the Open Offer that was suggested a while ago? There are no longer enough authorised shares to do a 2 for 10 Open Offer.

Will they call an EGM to increase the number of shares in issue to honour their commitment to Shareholders? How many more shares will they ask to be allowed to issue?

Will they do another consolidation?

Will any long awaited deal stem the negative cash flow with an upfront payment?

Will new protein degradation research provide new drugs before Valirx prove the efficacy of their approach?

There are many unanswered questions.

Maybe the Directors who paid over £20 a share a year ago showed bad judgement and some action may be warranted?

This is from the RNS dated 26 April this year - it caused the price to crash and was eventually cancelled at some cost to Valirx. The funds to complete the 201 trial and advance 301 were not received. Some are sceptical...

"This investment into the Company at a premium to the recent share price is an exciting endorsement of our work to develop ground-breaking anti-cancer drugs and it will enable us to conclude the current trial of VAL201 and will provide us with a funding pathway to add real value to our VAL301 pre-clinical asset."

Mea Culpa V2 - Woodford has gone but BlackRock have taken over management of the shares as the Fund is liquidated so the overhang is still there on the Shares that the Fund is invested in.

I had not seen the phrase before - I do not know how accurate the links below are but Google searches seem to suggest that that the sweetest spot may have not been found despite the cores. If UKOG can get a substantial sustained flow from a sub-optimal well then there is hope / the future looks Rosy.

AIM is not some sort of club even though it seems like it is at times - everybody should be prepared to take ownership of their decisions.
