I had a look at TUN - they seem to have just under £30m CLN that expires at the end of the year with the conversion clause of 'On the Final Termination Date, the CLNs (including any PIK to be paid on such notes) will convert into new Ordinary Shares at the lesser of 3 pence per share or, where applicable, a 50 per cent. discount to the offer price of an Equity Raise'.

Apparently they are looking for a capital raise... Who the fück would want to invest when there is £30m waiting to convert on these terms? The company m/cap is £17.5m and the CLN holders 'are secured with a First Ranking Debenture over certain assets of the Group.'
