This appears to be a buy now, lose 30% later deal as history teaches that UKOG offer eye watering discounts to sell a significant proportion of the issued share capitol; there are nearly 10 billion shares authorised to issue at managements discretion at the moment.

I think ocelot reads the messages he choses not to reply to - if you are reading this maybe you will realise that your gas lighting of investors is just being met with ridicule these days and is probably damaging the reputation of the company. You might be better off ceasing.

They may be ones that remember statements like there might be 50 to 100 billion barrels of oil in place at "the gusher".

Will the Bid hold over a tenth of a penny? It must be a significant psychological barrier... drop beneath it and the next placing could be as low as 0.07p when people will be trying to make James Bond jokes.

With a "maximum aggregate nominal amount of £970,000" authorised at the AGM of which a "nominal amount of £650,000 for cash on a non-pre-emptive basis" available it is starting to look as though a £320k placing with a matching offer to existing shareholders could be in the offering in the next few months.

A nominal £640k placing gets UKOG around £4m at 0.07p, which will provide adequate funds for wages and bonuses for a while and still leave the authority to issue another 3 billion shares.
