I have a less positive take:

These results are a bit of a nothingburger, but there is some positive in reducing the historic drilling spacing and still finding some mineralisation giving clues that there may still be a massive sulphide core to unearth by this season's EM survey. And even though the grades found are marginal, they are probably still worth exploiting, bearing in mind the low cost mining environment in Kazakhstan and that they should be extracting the higher value stuff at the same time.

What would be waste in remote Australia still has value in Kazakhstan when you are close to underused infrastructure.

The Lincoln Project has had the same problems recently... It is going to take lawsuits to get Google / Faecesbook etc to do something meaningful about it. And it will probably take a Republican feeling that they have lost an election for the system to turn against big tech.

And in the world of "big tech" I am giving serious consideration to buying a machine for home AI. Not yet sure if I can justify the £2k it will cost to buy a 2ndhand bit of kit up to the task...

It is more complex than the infographic shows: the US has loads of light sweet crude oil [from fracking shale formations] and this oil is best suited for making petrol for vehicles. The US needs sour, heavy oil to make diesel and jet fuel, and refineries were built in Texas and Louisiana to process the Venezuelan heavy oil. In the last 10 years imports from Venezuela have dropped from over 1 million barrels a day to around 100k a day, so these refineries are having to pay more to buy from elsewhere and then pay extra to transport the oil further.

You can see why Trump wants a reliable source of cheap heavy oil... cheaper diesel and jet fuel and less geopolitical risk. And the current blockade has forced US diesel prices up; Trump will want them back down before the midterm elections.
