47 million shares? The placing was 'conditional' and required resolutions 6 and 7 to be passed at the AGM but the resolutions were withdrawn. That placing cannot happen at the moment. IMO DYOR etc

I do not think the shares have been forward sold - if they have and PIs refuse to authorise the additional shares there will be a squeeze which will cause a spike - happy ramping and trading.
