Of the three possible candidate fleets here is the current proximity status based on latest AIS data:

Bourbon Liberty Series: Bourbon Liberty 212 (IMO 9553464) is currently the most relevant vessel. It was recently reported in West Africa heading to the RDR Field at a near-stationary speed of 0.1 knots. Given its proximity and the "standby" behavior, it is a primary candidate for the tow team.

Tidewater Fleet: Tidewater has a large presence in Nigeria, particularly near the Onne/Port Harcourt support hub. While specific Tidewater AHTS names aren't currently "pinging" directly alongside the rig, their vessels are the standard choice for ADES moves in this sector.

Move Readiness Check

Rig Status: Still "Stopped" (0 knots) as of today. This is the expected status while the crew performs final "pre-jack" checks.

The "Clustering" Signal: Since you are looking for evidence of the move, watch for 2–3 AHTS vessels (like the Bourbon Liberty 212) to converge and hold position within 500 metres of the rig. This clustering usually happens 12–24 hours before the legs are raised.

Seabed and Site Preparation

Site Survey Complete: A comprehensive geotechnical site survey was completed using the MV Investigator. This included drilling three boreholes to 80 metres and performing piezocone penetration tests (PCPT) to ensure the seabed can support the weight of a jack-up rig.

"The Bed" Status: The survey data was found to be consistent and in line with expectations, suggesting the seabed at the NJOM-3 location is suitable for the Admarine 501’s three legs without further major remediation.

Historical Data: Tower previously reviewed data from the original Total discovery wells (NJOM-1 and NJOM-2) to ensure the new well is placed safely near the crest of the structure.

Summary of Upcoming Engagements:

Tower Resources (NJOM-3 Well): The rig will first drill the appraisal well on the Thali license.

Addax Petroleum: Immediately following the Tower project, the rig will move to its next assignment for Addax, also located in offshore Cameroon.

Contract Visibility: These combined contracts in Cameroon are expected to provide the rig with operational visibility for up to two years (through approximately 2027).

This sequence was originally assigned to the Admarine 510, but ADES Holding Company redeployed the Admarine 501 to fulfill these West African obligations so the 510 could return to Saudi Arabia for a long-term contract with Aramco.

The reason it’s 2 years in part is because it will most likely be going back to Thali amongst others and potentially Barracuda on EOGS block.

Next Project: Upon completing its current obligations in Nigeria, the Admarine 501 is scheduled to mobilize to Cameroon to execute a contract for Tower Resources (to drill the NJOM-3 well) and subsequently for Addax Petroleum.

Timeline: Operations for this next, extended assignment were expected to commence following the conclusion of the Nigerian campaign in late 2025/early 2026, with the new, combined contracts providing visibility for the rig for up to two years.

Current Status Summary of rig:

Admarine 501 Status: The rig's status is still reported as "Stopped" (0 knots), indicating it is anchored/stationary.

A "Whiff" of something about to happen!: The presence of nearby support vessels suggests, all operational aspects regarding the rig are ready to go. The only missing piece is the formal paperwork (the Presidential Decree).

The moment the RNS drops, these nearby support vessels will activate the tow plan. Yep,The operational crew and support ships are in place, waiting for the legal trigger. 🙂

I’d say This 354-Share "Drip" is an algorithm, likely a broker or market maker clearing a ‘path’ possibly, therefore ensuring there is a steady buyer at 0.031p to cover the 1.7 billion shares possibly even the buyer of such shares.
