Hi DrMicho, hope you are well sir, no definitely not sold it would be to great of a lose even at this price! Sadly for me it's just more spin but this time with a cherry on top, I just wonder where and when the next fund raise is going to come from.

Trisor, explain to me why share holders would back Dr cave again after what he done to us the last time?

donotpanic, the reason they didn't raise any more which was explained by unitedguy the other day is because Dr cave would of no longer held 10% and therefore would not of be able to call an EGM should he of wished. That sounds very plausible to me!

They have nothing in the bank hence the 400k, they have no deals done either.

The funds raised from the Placing will be principally used for working capital purposes and to accelerate the Company's near-term commercial opportunities

Sadly the company will have dissolved before the next AGM so no explanation to the numerous unfounded promise's and f**k ups the rat catcher has made, he has single handedly ruined a share holders investments.

I see Lanstead are still selling, I would imagine they will drop to 15% holdings. As for Duffin he won't be making any announcement soon other than either directors change followed by reducing his holdings as I think he'll be selling off to top up next month's salary before he departs.

Lanstead will continue to sell.

UG I understand what your saying but it's no way to do business as if they decided to sell off it would crash the price!

Surly to god Lanstead would not of invested without having some clue as to what is going on, it just doesn't make good business sense?
