Effectively firing then chief executive officer (CEO) Mark Duffin, after nearly six years in the top job, the Stockport-based company realised that it was struggling to put up the reliable growth rates that this large market opportunity implied it should.

What a complete and utter disaster this is turning out to for over a year Duffin has been the most useless CEO I've ever seen in my life and then ExMS shows us exactly why. Can't see him being in any position to do another fund raise after this.

As the initial phases of the works schedule are
completed, the Company will seek to enter into long term commercial agreements with appropriate partners. Discussions are at various stages of progress with credible market counterparties and the Directors expect that commercial partnerships, once agreed, will commence with an R&D partnership, paid for by the partner, to deliver the project and then move to an exclusive commercial agreement based on minimum volume requirements. Although the Directors are confident that these discussions will lead to binding agreements, there can be no certainty in this regard and further updates will be announced once agreements are finalised.
