That TFL contract of £68million will be shared by 9 suppliers. I had already seen it, but chose not to mention it. Always back up claims with factual evidence where possible. Cheers🍻

Anyhow, today almost every stock is blue. We're flying high with the rest of the stocks.

Amazingly cpi sells are double the buys and we're still going up.

RWC being one of the major top institutional investors would had communicated such intent to reduce a 1% of Cpi stock without delay. It's an arrangement that keeps the BoD updated and that's what ex IR Stuart Morgan said previously to me on a phone call. That's also the amount that the UK shorter MW would had borrowed or 0.70% . So, it might have been bought back over the last weeks.

It makes one wander why they like to keep certain well worth talking about contracts and in this case the extension of an already long running contract under the carpet.

What its not seen on the BidStats website is seen over the other side of the waters.

Capita has a habit of keeping it to themselves and imho this new contract extension after being in it for already

10 years should had been published in an rns promptly. But this is where NoFear is good in getting that 'secret' info that the BoD including Jon Lewis and the CFO and wife of the Chairman would have known through inside knowledge.

Can anyone make a good guess as to what is worth these three years to Capita? How many millions guys did they get award to run the Eircode software?

The Government has extended its contract with Capita Business Support Services Ireland, trading as Eircode for a further three years.

The company was awarded the contract to develop, rollout and operate the National Postcode System in October 2013.

I'm glad to have pestered the IR department. They know what's going on and although one could say that it's similar to inisde trading, the fact that they're running the business on our behalf; the shareholders, they wouldn't be buying any stock in those levels had they known beforehand imminent doom & gloom was on about to hit them.

However, as you said already, it's beggars belief that the share price or I better say the market makers did not buy into the BoD mini 'shopping frenzy'. Nevetheless, if it's that the big and small Institutional Investors wants to see the BoD putting their hands in their pocket and show them the way, then that is already in the making and hopefully they take notice and do the same even on the par levels for starters and match their recents stakes. Have a good one and let's see. Starting to look interesting as from today. Cheers.

It's very obvious that having the small shareholders including myself along with the emails sent out from the

posters seen on this forum having bombarding Helen Parris, Director of Investor Relations and Stephanie Little,

Investor Relations Manage with questions as to why the CEO Jon Lewis and the BoD were not buying to show support

for Capita collapsed share price, it has clearly in the end almost paid off for all that took the time to call or email the Capita IR. So, a round of applause to all here that put time in to make themselves heard loud and clear. That's how to doi it guys. Well Done. Together we've got the BoD to listen to our demands which were reasonable expectations to fulfil.

Hi Sharehead. Great Stuff that the outgoing Ceo Jon Lewis still wants a piece of the action. That's very reassuring of him.

But let me tell you a secret. Back in the days when I had access to any stock on the Bloomberg terminal monitor data of companies ownership by institutional investors, I can guarantee you that Capita has that knowledge and also get monthly updates from those institutional investors and in particularly from the top holders. When ex IR Stuart Morgan was around, I question back then their Annual Report paper on the basis that the listed institutional investors positions had not been updated before its release on their website.

I questioned him on its accuracy. Back then, I had my own full list of institutional investors pulled out straight from the Bloomberg monitor terminal and close to 1000 were listed from the top ones to the smallest positions and even the Chinese State investment arm of foreign investments was holding a position in Capita. I knew more than Stuart Morgan and that caught him out as he could not waffle with that outdated list. He said back then that they did monthly meetings with institutional investors. So guys, don't be under any illusion that they don't know. They do

Trisor. Every little helps. Having Jon Lewis buying in £100k worth of cpi was wished by most of us but never expected it to happen on his last 9 months of staying as he prepares to hand over the Ceo position of Capita to Adolfo in July 2024.

What we need to fully complete the merry-go-round is for Adolfo to be announcing that he bought let's say £200k worth of Cpi at current levels or near enough followed by the two ladies in the IR department making each a purchase of let's say £20k of cpi. That would be very welcomed imho. Let's see. Make a wish.🤞

AimMaster2018 why don't you look out for a metro shares buy out? It dropped 30% today.

It was not long ago at plus £1.20 back in August 2023. I see metro touching low 20s from current 37p. Why wasting time in chasing for a 15 to mid 15 entry in Cpi ? It will not budge. But who knows if you wait long enough 'it' might flash through and you miss it. Let's see.
