That 1.4million trade was seen as an off book trade early this morning at 10:56.

It reappears again at 15:52 with the same 16.89p price still as off book

So, why showing this morning as an unknown transaction and many hours after showing it as Sell transaction? I do believe is the same transaction getting spun around to fool the weak hands ✋🏻 ✋🏻.

Look here at 10:56 seen as unknown trade on ADVFN, and as a sell trade on ADVFN at 15:52 with exact volume trade and share price.

The UT 1,063,597 came in on the ADVFN website as on the sell side box with 16.65p

Probably the ones that might have bought for a quick return of between £1k to £3k max profit if you were to look at those large trade sells of between 100,000 and 300,000 trades volume ranges. There was just some but not enough to be worried imho. This is based on the assumption they bought at around 15.30p and sold at 16.30p.

I still see AimMaster2018 not learning that nothing is written in stone forever whilst some maybe depending what it is. But in general with the stock market, many speculative bets in particularly the short term ones, have run out of steam earlier than hoped as the tide turns the other way and cath them with their pants down their ankles 😳

Unbelievable that The.Crowman can make uou guys laugh. The guy is a troll. They're only in for a quick buck. They've probably being salivating since the last two days hoping to see Cpi drop at 15p or even 13p. Evidently you did not as many others 'chickens' have, forecasted a rebound back to plus 16p after cpi made a screeching trading stop and went back in reverse to everyone surprise. 😀

I replied to her today text messages with my the following:

Hi Helen. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my voice mail message. I wish to apologise for letting some steam off in my recorded message. It was out of desperation and frankly I was overwhelmed by day after day seeing the Capita company overall market capital value getting decimated as its share price gets hammered without an end on sight.

Nevertheless, for as long there's nothing sinister going in the background that shareholders should be made aware asap by Capita BoD, then I can only hope that sooner rather than later the Cpi shares price turns around or everyone will end sitting with massive levels of paper losses including Capita own BoD who recently bought large amounts of cpi shares.

We need to get new Institutional investors on board who will believe that Capita can return to profit by end of year 2024 and beyond. If you can convince them, then the cpi share price will get the mammoth lift required to take it away from current lowest trading history levels seen.

On that note,

I wish to add that I trust you'll be working hard to find remedies that will support cpi for the benefit of all shareholders that rely on your department moving forward.

I just a few text messages from concerning Ms Helen from Capita IR.

As you know, yesterday I left my 'distressing' MayDay📢 voice mail message with Helen's mobile number and she's just replied with the following text two messages:

Thank you for your voicemail (name withheld) apologies I am only now responding.

The share price performance is very disappointing. As with any listed company we would make announcements for any material changes positive or negative.

In terms of expected news-flow they remain final portfolio disposals and material contract awards which will be announced when they happen.

Our IR programme is open door and one of continuous engagement with institutional and retail investors - in addition to management roadshows. We have a new CEO later this year and there will be communication from him in due course. Regards Helen

In the meantime the board and management team continue to focus on delivering the strategic priorities of growth acceleration, improved margins underpinned by the £40m cost savings by end 2024 and which will help drive sustainable free cash flow.

If you look at today Capita last half hour trades you'll notice four trades of about 250,000 totaling up over 1million shares. On ADVFN those trades came through as Sell trades

On the London Stock Exchange these trades got flagged as Off Book. So, I believe that these were the trades that dropped us under 16p as of yesterday rasher than today. Let's see

I'm beginning to wonder if Jon Lewis has been running Capita in agreement with other BoD in a fashion that would make it almost possible even for a forensic accountant to work out what is what. I believe that he's a lier good at stitching it up as an when it please him with the help of their accountants who may or may not what's going on deep down with the company books.

By the way, I'm not selling at these super unexpected lows. We're being manipulated and the BoD might know the reasons behind it and not bothered one bit.

Probably MW shorter finishing off what he started back in August. MW has certainly missed big on NatWest. They could had double it if they their initial short position open till today instead reducing to half.

We're the shareholders. Capita is run on our behalf. Without the shareholders the BoD wouldn't have a renumeration to pocket year after year. If it continues dropping further down as recently we have seen, then I won't hesitate to start issuing letters threatening on this basis:

[Directors and shareholders – a dispute regarding the running of the company, for example, involving a director breaching their duties causing financial loss or exposure to the company and/or shareholders. There could be an action against a director to recover funds for the company. There could also be a right of action on behalf of shareholders in defined circumstances against directors in the form of a derivative action.]

Enough is enough Jon Lewis and your buddies BoD and ect. ect. They owe us plenty explanation for where we are today. You just can't make it up.

I shall be contacting this solicitor tomorrow and ask for advise and perhaps moving forward start issuing letters if I'm advised as the best way forward.

She's clearly knows that her email message won't wash with the majority of us including myself. Somehow I feel that is the best they can say to make us go away. Hardly surprising and unfortunately expected. It is if they know what's going on with the share price collapse but it's not relevant to them to be that concerned. Again, that's what I call: A disconnection between the company BoD and the company share price performance. It is as the share price performance comes at the bottom of theri worries. Unbelievable. I wish I can tell him to his face and the rest of the well paid BoD that are just in for the great renumeration packages. Jon Lewis has failed to prevent cpi falling into the hole that we seem evidently get deeper into.

Ask her what you want in regards as what's being happening with cpi collapsing and ask her what happened to that Investors Roadshow that she embarked back in August. What's happening with that? Never thought that I had to be talking again about the Capita IR.

Anyhow, it's about two months since I've in contact with them, and decided to call Ms Helen Parris and leave a voice message requesting a callback and requesting an explanation as to why cpi its getting hammered and none of the Capita BoD and IR staff have come out in support of the share price ideally with a supportive news article. I also said in my voice message that we're the shareholders and own the company and we deserve to know what are they going to do to minuti further losses to the shareholders and institutional investors alike.

I also said that all the recent purchases made my John Lewis and the BoD staff had only temporarily helped, but that was not enough to support cpi moving forward.

I finished my voice message by expressing my outright frustration asking for an immediate input from the BoD or risk having further cpi long investors contacting her by email or phone to seek answers that we duly have a right to know if any are available.

Name me Hexam as the poster NoFear, or else don't waste your time in taking digs at my posts.

The Market Makers that trade the cpi shares know it too well how to make a piggery of the share price. Cpi is a very easy target. We have large Institutional investors sitting in huge amounts of stock and we're still getting hammered as it didn't matter that over half billion shares are in the hands of the top Institutional investors. It's pathetic of you to affirm that because a punter invested in Capita and now taking a hit, that they've lacked the ability to forecast what was to happen to cpi.

You seem to forget all that is also happening across the world that is negatively impacting cpi too. The market jitters are spreading like wildfire and no stock is immune from taking a hit. Unfortunately cpi has been known as the ugly sitting duck and few like to invest in cpi.

Anyhow, feel free to continue pushing your agenda that we're dummies and don't know how the market works. 😀

I cannot get my head around as to why this relentless attack on the cpi share price has not raised any concerns with Capita IR which seems to be uninterested and totally silent. How can they be so detached from the current events.

Anyhow, as I said yesterday, the market makers are making the most of it by bashing cpi down till the longs get really frustrated and eventually sell up in desperation at a loss.

As it stands, I shall not sacrifice my investment and definitely will not be persuaded or pushed to crystallise my paper losses. I hope the others longs here on this board are strong enough to resist as they witness the ongoing cpi slaughter.
