Looking at the The Northern Trust Company AVFC
They would had paid aprox. £54 Million pounds for about 2.347 Billion shares which about 12.679% of
the Harbour Energy Plc assuming that they've paid aprox. 23p per Pmo share on the 31st March.
I believe that we will see on Thursday the HBR share price moving towards 22.5p and hit near 23p by
end of day trading. We should resume on Friday with an opening price of 24p and close the week with
a 24.6p share price. Make-A-Wish. Simply.(*__*).NoFear

Just a quick update pending final figures to come through.
There is about 40millions of Harbour Energy shares traded with an Unknown (?) trade code
with an average traded price between 20.59p and 21p.

Just checked the Pmo on the short tracker website and its all good news.
Last night I posted that Mirabella had an open short 1.30%, but tonight it shows that we have none open but
looking at the other shorts that closed you'll find Mirabella Financial Services LLP with 1.14% as of 25 Mar 2021.
I also double checked with the FCA shorts file and the Mirabella 1.14% its shown as an historic short. But this is
confusing as you can't have an historic short with 1.14% as it should be under the 0.50% to be on that register.

Premier Oil is not on the Current tab list but on the Historic tab list with 1.14% by Mirabella

I can see that you're one of the guys with their heads well screwed one as I'm too.
Exactly true, those plus 35millions of shares were traded in lots of 2.5mil shares and one lot
for 5mil shares too. Perhaps we might see another big lot of unknown trades appearing after today close.

Some of those unknown trades apparently were traded also at around 18.5p per share and I wonder this is the carry over from the 1st April shorts outstanding balance that as of yesterday drastically was reduced to less than 1.30% on the shorts track website under the premier oil shares list.

I found an interesting article about what is effectively the Harbour Energy company assets
and form part of the $2.9bil. debt that its carrying over on the balance sheet.

My Opinion is not a Weak buy, but a Strong Buy. HBR has hedged mostly at $59usd per barrell.
Other oil companies have hedged at lesser amounts around $45usd and currently missing out
on the oil price rises.

Goldman Sachs continues to hold a bullish view on oil demand, despite the recent concerns about demand in Europe and India, which sent oil prices down by 2 percent early on Monday.

At the beginning of March, Goldman Sachs said it expected Brent Crude prices to hit $80 a barrel in the third quarter this year, up by $5 compared to the previous forecast issued two weeks earlier.

Even after the sell-off in oil in mid-March, Goldman said that the “big breather” was a buying opportunity for oil and continued to forecast Brent hitting $80 per barrel in the summer.

Since I got a ton of HBR to sell, I'm hoping to be able to shift it all in one go at 29p and then wait
for a retrace and buy again if possible. I was able to grab three lots of HBR shares giving me an average of 22.89p.

But, they should had been available at 8am when they were selling HBR shares on Iweb apparently at 18p, but IG and others let us down and I was hurrying to buy them as I feared a mad rush, which it never happened as it dropped back to 20.6p and ended overpaying. So, I'm fairly disappointed with the whole listing open price and thereafter with the brokers that could not deliver. Anyhow, we will not be sitting at these levels for long as I'm expecting big buys after the 6th April. The previous short ARMC gone, and the other to follow or risk a burned short. It must better than CPI (*__*); I hope. Have a nice Easter break

The notoriously ruthless former Pmo Creditor Asia Research & Capital Management Ltd
has finally closed their 6.19% short now at 0% since today 1st April 2021 that was last
reduced on the 7th September 2020.

We still have the other three to close off completely hopefully by next Tuesday or Weekday at the latest.

It would most likely the creditors now turning into long positions shareholders as the HBR Ceo had suggested it
will happen over the next few weeks which will make the share price have fluctuations over these days and weeks
