NEW YORK, July 1 (Reuters) – Oil companies are betting that if they sell land, buyers will come, as crude prices have soared more than 50% this year, fueling the most robust pipeline of deals in more than four years.

Large oil companies are unloading properties from Texas to California, with some using the market rally as a chance to rake in cash for future investment in the global transition to cleaner energy. Other sellers are taking the chance to profit when just a few months ago big properties were being sold at a loss, according to interviews with 10 advisers and analysts.

Analysts at Barclays stood by their 'overweight' recommendation for shares of Harbour Energy, highlighting to clients the outfit's "significant leverage" to near-term commodity prices.

That, they said, should translate into an "attractive" dividend yield with a first payout likely after the full-year results for the 2021 financial year.

Other positives included the integration of the Chryasor and Premier Oil businesses, which they said was progressing to plan.

Furthermore, the near-term outlook for cash flows was benefitting from the stronger-than-expected forward curve for Brent and UK natural gas.

The analysts added that using the then current forward curve for Brent and UK gas, rather than Barclays' base case assumptions, would translate into an approximately 40% boost to the firm's free cash flow in the back half of FY2021 and roughly 25% for FY2022.

Barclays also set a new target price for the shares of 620.0p to account for the recent share consolidation.

Now please tell me that you were also the first one to post the full article about RBC which I think everyone would had appreciated more than just a few words of the broker’s rating view on hbr stock. Do think before you try to compete with me because you'll loose out. Moreover, I was never aware of your RBC hbr rating because such had never been posted as I was the first there too to post it which then I later on found the full article to back it up with full facts and figures. You're missing the point. That information was not posted on your usual oil news channel websites. I've actually found it by just pure luck. If you look at their disclosure disclaimer, their research was published not for you or me and us, but for other institutional investors that are also clients of RBC and perhaps the RBC publishers forgot to put a paywall or even better to make it available to high net worth individuals by invitation only. Moreover, everyone knows that when I post on the lse forum I tend to bring valid and important updates where others would be missing out because they don't know where to find it. There is nothing suspicious about the RBC insight article on the Harbor Energy future earnings forecast. And finally, please don't come on here throwing your nonsense that has no actual facts to back it up.
