To be totally honest with you JG68, I've never had so much fun as of lately because I'm getting an upper hand into the big boys money pot and having a good sniff around their good and bad doing which was most likely with other private investors money. Just like that St. James's Place private banking mob that soon will be needing to pay out in refunds and compensations for having given a poor return to their 'high net worth clients' over many years, what I'm actually happy to doing in the end is continuing submitting their dirty and clean laundry money spinning affairs for private small investor to see and judge themselves.
WE'RE BETTER THAN MOST FUNDS. As you can see some of the top holders have very good entries whilst
some are still holding from the pre-rights issues 2018 share price levels.

Guys, thanks for the Zoom request idea. Unfortunately, I will have to pass it due to copyright issues and would land me in trouble. Please be patient.
Anyhow, would you guys prefer an excel file document or pdf or screen shot images? what your overall preferences?
Vote for Excel, Images, pdf files please.
Hi AimMaster2018
The most difficult part is that there is so much data that I'm having to take screen images and then put those together
to form a big jigsaw. It will be the quickest way to evaluate the cpi background trading activities of the funds, market makers,ect.ect. I'm working on it as I post this comment to you. Thanks for your patience.
Blackrock Fund Advisors (F7749421) have not being buy any cpi shares since the 31st October 2023 and were very small purchases less than 100,000 shares and even smaller amounts. So, in my opinion, they're reducing slowly but surely and
taking a big hit too.
Also showing that Blackrock Fund Advisors (F7749421) sold yesterday the 26th March 2024 about 2,717,000 million shares.
They had 30,755,000 shares as of the 29th February 2024, as of today they hold 28,996,000 shares in capita with an average price of £1.27 per share.
Hi JG68
Normally I don't follow too much into the technical part of a stock, but as of lately I'm indeed making use of such deep technical data and you'll be surprised how much help it provides in understanding the background movements that have in my opinion started affecting the stability of the cpi share price. I'm currently signed in and looking through for institutional investors and funds activity and to everyone surprise I will report the few seen changes recently taken place:
Hsbc Bank Plc (Market-Maker) (F10374264)
A quick Historical Position in Capita plc
On the 26th March 2024 they sold 777,000 shares at (?p) not available
On the 29th February 2024 the bought 769,000 at 19p
On the 29th February 2024 they held 4,935,000
As of today 27th March 2024 they hold 3,389,000 with a market value as of 26th March 2024 the last trading day at less than £450,000.
I'm going to take snapshots of the last 3 to 6 months for each one of those that have recently shown trading sell activities.
Hi Kipper9
I'm very disappointed as much as you and everyone else here that is wandering why the constant hammering of the share price notwithstanding having seen some recent positive days that would had most thinking the worst of the drop was over. Although I'm still convinced that yesterday was the bottom as it went slightly below 13p, I'm still not any wiser as to who is making sure the 'shorting' activity remains in place that at every chance of going past the 13.5p cpi gets pulled back soon after.
I'll be monitoring the Capita ownership data to see if anyone of those listed funds have suddenly sold down some of their positions.
Keep strong as we're getting every nerve tested to the max🙂💪🏻
Good Morning Simpiles
Unfortunately the big money funds tend to know more than us as they have a better view of UK stock market as they tend to know who, when and what are planning next for when it comes to look after each other backs.
The bigger the fund, the bigger the influence will be.
Anyhow, I'm happy to help where I can. Good luck.😉🤞
You're welcome Aero1103
I hope it has been helpful to you
As I was saying earlier on to Kipper9, I was supposed to drop more information about the top five major major shareholders, but got tied up with other non related matters and unfortunately will have to upload it tomorrow instead.
Nevertheless, I do want to make it clear that some of those top 20 investment funds did reduce by a few millions shares around the first week of this March month and took place before the 6th March FY results were out. The one that reduces the most was Fil investment.
Anyhow, tomorrow I'll update the remaining data that should make it clear how many million shares were reduces by the investment funds few days before the results were out.
It's a least 20million shares for a start.
So, in reality the small sell off was triggered beforehand by those large, medium and small investment funds that contribute to the rest to follow behind until we reached a stop with today seemingly I would hope that was showing very strong resistance and stubbornness and not wanting to be pulled under. Let's see. Remember that the current shorts don't need necessarily to be reporting any changes in their positions upto two weeks ahead. Even then, the hedge funds who are shorting stock can take longer than the two weeks voluntary arrangements that the fca would wish these funds by courtesy to follow. So, do please expect those funds to abuse those arrangements with the fca. Good luck and good night everyone
True RogueRiver, but Capita is very different kettle of fish and well ingrained in the UK system and will never have that kind of dire consequences as others like Carillion have; I'm afraid to state to you.
The fact that Adolfo has sunk in around £100k of his own money plus the others that went behind him, tells me all I need to know about his determination to make it happen as his reputation is clearly one of turning failing businesses around. Moreover, we know that he's done his due diligence before he took on the Ceo position.
I've worked for a boss that resembled Adolf Hernández and was a foreigner.
Perhaps that's what we need to make it happen for real at Capita and not rose coloured face of hopeless and lying Jon Lewis.
