Not sure I would go that far Arthur but I will live with the project having significant potential. If you can sort the Essar issue out shortly or imminently or whatever other adverb means soon that would be most welcome. Not looked at the Sedar entry it Didley but in general terms it is Canadian stock rules that allow stock to be sold to certain investors without the need for a prospectus. This may include to existing investors. Good chance this relates to the circa 30m shares for the management and certain insiders we have been waiting for.

I am a bit out of step with many here as my concern is surprisingly not about AM. My time for that was last October and the few months after to get it out of my system. I spent a bit of time on trying to understand the chronology of the present situation to see if Art was having us over again. I don't think he was. In fact I make no bones about it I actually believe that we were on the very point of securing finance this Augt/Sept when EM put the boot in. Had they not we would have in all probability had the Service Provider Agreement and presented the expanded Field Development Plan (FDP) to the NNPC by now.

Kola/Art have had a definite result with the securing of the first $50m in escrow in Shorecan's name. They also have $100m of deferred payment service provision awaiting the settlement of the disputes. We have gone from one drill for phase one to an accelerated three/four drill for phase one. Hastened it seems by the NNPC themselves.

My only concern is the EM dispute because I don't know enough about it and what caused it. If Kola and Art can get rid of that in a way that doesn't disadvantage us too much I will be going for it as far as adding to my holding is concerned. If settlement were to be imminent I feel the market would pick up on the positives here quite quickly.

You also mention the RFP being talked up for 3 years. Its difficult to reconcile these points with the mining licence only being granted 12 months ago. There has indeed been progress after progress here with the only thing missing (crucially) being the off-take. We could have had that by now but it was indeed the company who were at the mercy of the Bots government and their processes The government we are told have rectified that and we are some 4 months or so away from probably securing that/portion of that contract. I also think the point made earlier about concentrating on the RFP rather than other off-takes is a pertinent one given ours is an incremental approach to power generation and had we signed another off-take we would not be in the position we are in now and that is pole position to deliver the governments needs. Another off-take would also have been unlikely to hold the same level of upscaling that could be afforded to us by the potential of a 100MW project. So do they jump at another off-take or given the relatively short period of time do they plough on with the other areas of de-risking the business they have done while awaiting a second bite of the RFP cherry which they have now been given. I think they have made the right choice.

Who are the serious folk Vienna. I take it from your opening line that you count yourself as one of them. I also take it that only 'serious folk', say such as heavily invested institutions or those with 'serious clout", should be able to ask questions of a company? How about looking at the investor base here and working out that it is not sophisticated investors propping up this company nor institutions using other people's money.

Perhaps you should also look at if from more than one angle and say there should actually be more prepared to question a CEO. From what I have seen of the mundane questions asked by professionals in phone ins I have no doubt PI's could and would ask the important and harder questions.

If people are invested here, and given the history of this company, they have every right to ask questions of this company. All power to them.

Agreed it is speculation re Seskaname Tidd but we know the government isn't the one with a cut off date, that only applies to Seskaname and TLOU and TLOU have informed us they didn't ask for it. The government needing four more weeks to get things together given they are not in receipt of the tenders yet and they can easily add on the weeks when they have received them is not impossible but does seem implausible. Seskaname for me.
