Getting this should, I would have thought, been the first step after the licence approval so I'm not surprised that no deals were struck. nothing discovered yet has proved marketable. The For Sale department on the website proves that so does PC want to sell product or to sell the entire Pozzolan and Perlite operations. When that decision is taken will be the time to take advice and to employ an expert to negotiate a deal or deals. If successful, they might be able to clear some or all of the mothballed operations as well. There is plenty to sell but , as it is, the product is in the ground and is worth what it can be sold for and no buyers means it's worth nothing so expertise is needed, probably commission based, to enable prospective buyers to be aware of it's existence and to make, should they choose to, offers that establish a value. Hopefully it'll be competitive and Sunrise will make what I assume principals and investors intended, a decent return.

It's a How long is a piece of string? question but I stopped by a local hardware store with bags of Perlite outside: £13.50 for 10 litres. The retailer is a bit ambitious but how much Perlite have SRES got? and they're not short of Pozzolan either No idea of how much they have or what that costs to buy. The For Sale, no takers dept on the website has a Gold mine in Australia,Silver, Diatomite etc etc. Nothing saleable? Shareholders paid for all this exploring drilling and digging. The company has never delivered yet because nobody seems to want what they have or nobody, shareholders apart, know that it's available.Maybe they should auction it all off. I wonder how many times the market cap that that lot would be worth?

You might well be right but normally people are protective of their hard earned cash and have a limit to what they are prepared to lose. The figures yesterday were more or less as expected. History as we've been told it was recycled Licence, Project Manager employed although nothing of what he'd done. The list of to do's in an RNS a few months back was not confirned completed. Lack of finance was and without doubt that would shift this up several notches but they've been trying, presumably, since the licence. The extension, applied for would almost certainly help because this is a small area with 10 years from the grant which, if extended to 15 years would only have exhausted 25% of the resource so there seems not that much ambition displayed to me. Maybe I'm being unjust.
As someone who has been criticised by Aim to Death for continually asking for news and yes, even a photo or two of progress because the company are at best, poor in that regard, was surprised by the claim, Section 172(1)(f) about listening to shareholders and engaging with regular news reporting. I think that their performance is abysmal. There is more to wonder at. It's still on this website and If you're satisfied, that's fine.

Look in the mirror Humphreys. You've been ramping this for years. The trouble with Mks is that they can't compete. Food overpriced but mostly OK. Clothes and home the same. Pay top rents for airports, stations, anchor sites in retail parks with little if any direct competition, all deductible of course. For deliveries, they bought part of Ocado, the main competitor Waitrose went and again little competition. That's why they keep closing shops. They're uncompetitive

Figures from Williston seem fine. The only problem ,if there is one ,is that most investors and all early ones were in for Paradox and the problem there was that it had to take time before a spot of oil appeared in such a process. Williston sidestepped that problem for the more impatient but still appears not to satisfy those who expected Paradox oil instantly, the impossible. It will take time obviously but the impatient have gone running elsewhere. It'll be too expensive for them probably when they take another look.

This tells us almost nothing and is a waste of RNS cost. What is at the site? Has anything been dug/mined? If it has, can it be loaded on to lorries or packed for handling and sale? I suspect not but that would probably be best and would be necessary for retail sale. The cost would have to be added of course but could be an option. What about the Perlite? Is that proving difficult to sell as well? How were the multiple potential buyers encountered and what do they expect for their money? Have you employed a professional salesman/ negotiator or are you doing the negotiating? We didn't anticipate that the products would prove so difficult to sell.

Of course, as investors in a company with the potential that this has, should receive more regular reports on what they are doing. It's not a big ask . You used 'frustrating' in your message and that sums it up. Many have asked for news and complained bitterly when it's not forthcoming except one, long registered, who defends the situation constantly and texts nowhere else. I wonder why?

We appear to be in the right place. Masses of detail regarding Uranium on which I certainly need to wise up. The right product at the right time it appears. Paul Johnson is certainly ambitious and with the current crises wherever we look this could certainly be a winner.

As an addition to the exploration etc which is, quite obviously time and cost consuming and non productive, this is excellent news. The SP suffered from the non-product ion aspect, however good the results. Now with production support at a good price the SP will head north and attract new investors with their eye on the future.

Nuclear is the flavour of the day apparently. I wonder how people will take to 8 new nuclear power stations particularly in their locality ?Hydrogen could be involved to a degree and hopefully the Canadian deal will bear fruit but we've had no details as yet. The government attempt to go green in five minutes while others carry on burning coal, oil and gas has the mark of what we have to expect from a government where being a Brexiteer is a greater qualification for office than competence and leaves us painted into the proverbial corner.
