I expected them to pay the divi before consolidation the number of shares. Either way, should they not consolidation the sp too? I'm currently showing 50% of my investment has disappeared!

I dumped 500,000 of my 1.4 million shares this afternoon. Whilst I agree with most of pub's opinions with regards to bmn positives, the bottom line is that the sp continues to decline and FM continues to fail to promote the good work of the company. I can make the money work harder elsewhere. Good luck all.

Smoke and mirrors... my understanding is they give you half the value as a dividend and your residual shares are worth just under half.

Actually I thought it was quite pertinent to BMN who's vanadium based product would indeed be covered by this legislation. Indeed, given the VRFB characteristic of the vanadium element not depleting over time and use, and the fact that the vanadium is 100% recyclable (Whilst recycling of lithium for example is notoriously uneconomical), its all positive for those in (or about to join) the VRFB arena.

With the legislation being effected by 2028, it does affect those making choices of which technologies to follow now as they'll need to factor in recycling and disposal in the future.

IMO, shorting as described would be unlikely and risky given the typical 7% spread of late. The recent fluctuations in sp + dealing costs just wouldn't cover the spread.
