K3, thanks and if this going happened with your suggestion I am sure MM going plummeted the SP (good to buy dip) and I will not sell whatever going happen with manipulation from MM and put bottom drawer. But will we get better offer eg break up and sell Mv, and who will (banks) join FINKits? What will bank happy to see? Monitise join other company with strong background of (not going bankrupt) .? Or replaced CEO with whoever the banks know him/her by top level of their industries (bank, tech or financial) ? Or it had to be change from monitise as monitise are tarnished from banks? I just wish hope we keep Mv, and sell FINKits with royalist (the new company still make profit inc pay royalist to Monitise) this going be better than 70mill offer today. They can ask 4,5,6p and they probably get it but we still only get 2.9p (AIM loopholes) but I am hoping I am wrong. Bleak time, no news can be good news but who know. Still holding, my hunch feeling I will get 2.9p that all.

My view is that Monitise WILL be sold for 2.9p which is very disappointed. Why?, I do think J.P.Mor has already gain needed 26% somewhere (shell) of vary funds management 1,1.5,2,2.5% all add up to over 25.1% which mean vote will be useless. I am still holder... Why? IBM don't get on with J.P.Mor (chase) and I believe that IBM reluctantly to see J.P.Mor chase become use IBM clouds and should IBM just ignored ? Or bid it?
