Not. Last 2 years, cash burned �19mill a year and within few weeks there will be cut back and that going be extra costs also more costs with failed in USA. I will buy if the MCap get to about 14/16 millions but last RNS the II started sell their shares not sure if other II will followed. If followed it will be much lower SP (look RENE,RM2,etc own by Woodford) however there so small shares available as II�s got about 90% total of VER shares.

MrMarkyB, Hello, it good to see someone who have same thought of vesting, also I have seen your Q�s on ECHO Q&A debate recently and I hope you will ask about vesting?. It could be anything, from not good to good reason for set the low of vesting price.

On 18th of December 2017, our RNS of Issue of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding. I has post this on this lse in the pass and I find a concern that our Exercise price (pence) in 2020-22 seem very low and today RNS which is need to be clarification. Today there confirmed of say with an exercise price of 13.25p; vesting on 28 February 2021, with the latest exercise date being 28 February 2023. Will there lots more shares come in? Do they know why our vesting set very low for beyond 2020. ? I will still hold this shares but just don�t understand why the vesting are so low.

My reason is we got RNS on 18th Dec and if you read carefully with 24,000,000 and 6,000,000 ( never mind who for) but if you look the dates 05.07.2020 until 05.07.2022 and look the price of 0.1612 and 0.1375 that is today price but in 2020-22??? It looking like we will have much more dilution? Also if all warrants are active we will have 700 million shares. That make me slightly concerned. Hope you can put me correct?

As for financial side, you correct I have set between 63-93p after 100-1. However after the 100-1 it more harder get price lower due to less circulation. This company DOES have potential for future it just need be patience and need few over hurdles to get real potential. Unless someone (II, banker, or American company who have already watch this company and wait for 100-1, then start buys) we just really don�t know........ but I have watchlist this company.

Zed, agreed and today Market Capitalisation (45mill), there not much news for 2018 projects only in end of 2019 so it will reduced to possible 20-30mill before news start roll in. I think.
