You probably surprised that my hutch feeling the CR will be worth more than today SP possible more than £2, because (in my opinion) Stroll need approval (AGM) with GLY and PIF so too many shares to add is unlikely so the fewer the better so I think RNS Q reports we will witness (profits) this and that and sold out this and that ….. CR for high price and fewer shares….. I could be wrong.

I still got all sausages from 3.71 😁 and weeks ago re set for 1.68 (sp was still 2£)…. I have remove the order changed to 12-17% lower than 1.68….. my sausages getting bargain not you!!!!!

Interesting subject (EBITDA).

First of all, we know what is EBITDA.

But in old days before dot.com days - the shares (certificates) - EBITDA was huge rely for share price …. Nowadays it irrelevant, whether businesses have good or bad EBITDA also p/e (some companies high p/e with low turnover). The share price nowadays is relying on buy/sell via internet. It so different BUT IF THE BUSINESS GOING FOR SALE - EBITDA is vital.

Ok, look like you have your own researched.

My view is AM is stalled and stable (unable reach new heights (numbers sales) but very slowly…. The SP will go up and up….. when the SP have reached the bottom price (watch out for MCAP just before RNS release (end of February)

The SP falls recently (last 4-5 months) was nothing do with AM sales, projects etc etc it was uncertain about possible cash and raise (CR) - once Stroll have clarified whether AM need or not…. (We know he lied last time) but if Stroll say no CR, the debt are smaller and sales go higher the SP will go much higher at least 20-30% go up in days……

But…. If Stroll say need CR, new CEO, etc etc the numbers sales falling - that going be hurt….

Unless you mean there will lots news after last few RNS mention (new models inc Valour)… I don’t think so it will be not whiles after few models come out in 2024/5. So the next batch would be 2025/26 ….. perhaps it will be new CEO will be sort out all new models after Valour, etc…

You did say (it ok will go get better at 2.10-2.30sp) so you were wrong… sold have sold at loss but buy back today more cheaper with some money left or increased more shares for the price you sold. So hang on… we are not know what lowest will be (I have eye on 1.68 my homework) I could be wrong about 1.68 (hopefully stay above 1.84) for LTH sakes but if became very cheap then it good value however still rather wait for RNS Results - just in case about CR (I truly believe it will but wait and see).
