Is there any more news out since the news earlier in the month?

What about the extra 800,000,000 bpc shares issued in lieu of payment to cerp shareholders?That means each share will be worth less after the merger than a simple monetary conversion to 0.83 bpc shares at bpc closing price of 3.33p on June 10 for cerp shareholders?

Signs of lockdowns easing around the world and air travel ramping up.Maybe air bridges I think they're called and such.Otherwise delegates can't get to the conferences!I'm guessing after that there will be more certainty about organising future postponed events and new events.

Anybody think the s&p will bounce tomorrow (buy the dip or falling knife?) or how many more negative territory days do you reckon?

No idea why.I have encountered one microcap only, which required you to be a 'sophisticated investor' to buy or something like that!Otherwise I've never experienced that with regards to share purchases.I'd send them an email or call them and ask why.

It has had an awful spread.Tightened up a lot.It did have a crazy move a while back (not sure what on!).I guess it's just one that many haven't heard of and is under the radar and isn't a covid stock or drilling for oil!

Selling some of the placing shares.So mms will sell them first preferentially as they're probably on commission?Or are the placees locked in?

I guess the rights issues is being taken up well by the market!Mavili rights issues shares are bought by the holder at the record date and thus converted into shares.Either that or can be sold and therse are fully underwritten, so if private investors don't want them they will be bought by the institutional investors.It's so the company can get some money and investors still should own the same percentage of the company.So they will all be bought up by then.I'm guessing this isn't the usual pump and dump AIM crew on here.So i'm hoping the share price holds up well and increases over the next few months/years!

Just managed to sell but was getting an odd error code with my broker after getting a live price for a few tries.Maybe somebody is getting preferential treatment with the mms with a big order.

The new rights shares will admitted to the main market on the 28th May I thought it said on an rns on the 28th.I didn't participate though so i might be wrong.

Apparently, lockdowns have been eased in a lot of their lending markets, has cash in the bank, no current liabilities.Their risk portfolio at risk figure on their loans hasn't increased much during the covid period and they lend to female micro-entrepreneurs.I'm not sure why, but that makes me think they're more likely to pay it back!It had a big bounce of the lows, which has retraced a little, a while ago.Buying was hard this morning though (much harder than for some microcaps)!Kept saying i had to put in a limit order.Eventually got it through though.

Here's hoping for an uptick tomorrow.The update on covid-19 rns on 13 May sounded promising.

It is odd.Some people are just wind up merchants and would rather post rubbish on bulletin boards all day, while trying to chase a flying stock or time a bottom than enjoy life and the money they earn.I'm not sure the psychology behind it, but maybe frustrated gambler.
