Software engineering is pretty difficult actually.Even though alot of it isn't proceedural anymore and object orientated and packaged up in nice, refactored classes and modules in nice APIs.Look at the mess the government have made of the NHS project and the app (okay i know the gover!Excel and Word aren't super fancy AI driven programs yet and still and very successful and 'told what to do'.Even a Grammarly type program is extremely difficult and expensive to get right and machine translation still hasn't been solved (should be an easy problem just translating from one language to another right?).If a program or suite of programs have a good user interface they are easy to 're-program' to another task.Look we can send emails and how many of us could send an email without being able to press a graphical widget on a screen?Also, that's its goal to be told exactly what to do.AI isn't quite at the stage of an all-talking, independent worker yet that can totally replace an employee.I didn't know about red hat's marketing expenses (their linux distro is great) or microsofts (i didn't know until recently that Bill Gate's (stole) licenced the first universal OS that could work with any processor and computer for the pc as the basis of MS DOS though!I do admi thought i wish there were a few less marketing expenses ofcourse!!

They have contracts with some big names.I wonder what the sales and marketing figure's breakdown entails, although the building of a department has costs.Hopefully they can decrease these expenses eventually and rely more on their name and known quality of their products, otherwise would they keep needing big revenue gains like other growth companies and Uber type private companies?Its good to hear productivity figures and gains are good with their products and i do believe in the future of automation in the office as well as transport and other areas.Look at Ocado in the last few years, totally different company but a tech company as well.They say their warehouse automation is a key differentiator with their business.

I'm not an expert on balance sheets and finance but revenue growth seems good (?) and therecurring revenues figure.However i'm not sure about the increasing loss (is that what the market isn't sure about now (?)) and what valuation model investors use to value a share like this (apart from future growth).Automation is pretty cool though.I don't have any personal experience with their product or APIs but they have some big name customers.Alot of their expenses seem to be marketing and such.I would have thought more would be in their tech, R&D product development.

I thought they had de-listed.Bought in this and EUZ yonks ago and sold out of both a while back.Can't remember the exact time.Not one of my best investments.Admittedly, not my worst though!

Through your broker ,on the market as usual if you have taken up the rights issue.Otherwise the rights expire (haven't the rights expired yet?) , sold on to somebody else and your broker credits you a some equal to their value at the time.

Some poor mm probably has been landed with a tonne of this stock as he/she has had to try make a market.

Ah don't get me started on corporate lawyers!!They make everything so complex, so you have to plonk out £500 an hour to get any understanding of the maze of forms, rules and regulations!

Nice to see the price back to where it was when the Carlyle Group were interested in the company.I've always liked listening to David Rubenstein's interviews on Bloomberg.

At least bpc seem to be a much better vehicle for raising capital, and in terms of liquidity, as they have a more enthusiastic, bigger pi base.So maybe it might be a good thing for cerp if more cash needs to be raised in the future.For bpc, i'm not so sure in terms of dilution.However, i don't know enough about cerp.

Don't worry.It's just the best price that the trade has been agreed between a seller and buyer of shares.LSE interprets it as a buy or sell according to the site's own algorithm.The site is a bit wonky still anyway, compared to many modern sites.Better after the upgrade though, so i doubly wouldn't attribute much to their algorithms.
