All the debt came from the private equity outfit that floated aa the last time.That's the modus operandi of a signifcant subset of pe firms, as it works.Buy a company, saddle it with debt which they pay out to themselves and then flog it on at a premium as a public listing.

I believe the accustem listing is logically the best for the company and not a sale as it will finally allow true value to be realised and grown for stemER.Part of the problem before was its true value and potential was hidden amongst other drug candidates.Otherwise logically why not just sell all their assets now and hand the money straight to the shareholders.We all hope there is more value in developing them in the future than selling now and investing our money elsewhere.

I'm sticking soros quantum fund are involved and a small cap fund ( LF Tellworth UK Smaller Companies Fund) have 5% recently.I trust instutions more than retail right now (which says something!)! lol.Retail are too hot right now and bubbling away like crazy on certain stocks still.Don't claim to understand the trades but will let it simmer for a few months and see as was always the plan.
