I agree that it's just a few guys there, however well paid 'wavering'.I'd worry if Biden, Johnson, even China started changing their decarbonisation plans.Who knows their personal life situations and life stories.FT is a good paper but i believe still somethings should be taken with a pinch of salt and weighed up against the major trend.

I wouldn't worry too much.It would be pretty incompetent if the board hadn't already been assured by major shareholders of their approval already and had no idea of what is possible in what timescale.Things can always be pushed back and i'm sure the napster guys spent a while deciding if this deal was for them and are unlikely to want to change their minds straight away after alot of work.

Sometimes it's better to stay off boards or take a break for a while at least.I do when I find that sometimes being 'over-invested' on bb commentary and witnessing bb in-fighting destroys my mental health.Plus i have more time to invest on things that provide more of an immediate roi like hobbies and friends.Sounds naff i know but it works!

I did wonder how a main market listing would increase free float as if every shareholder is to keep the same percentage of the company owned.Then unless there is a placing or subscription (possibly at a higher price) or a big shareholder(s) sell out , how could the free float increase?I've not been following closely lately, are we keeping the nasdaq listing?

The trial has finished i believe.However, i doubt they have analysed the data or there would have been an RNS.I think there should be a milestone payment on each trial success then further royalties on any further sales.
I can't find the exact amount however.Just general expresssion of successive milestone payments and further sales royalties.
Anybody know?

They'll have a bunch of pharma phd type analysts specialising in different areas i would assume.I've no idea if there is a 'genera' lpre-revenue valuation model used.I doubt there is one single reliable one.Woodford sure didn't know it for years.Moderna was valued at $4-5 billion ish before their vaccine development and i believe they don't have an approved drug.They have proven and highlighted the functionality of their platform now.I'm not sure if it justifies its current mcap now in vaccine sales alone, but i'm probably wrong!

Yep.Check out the money, time and progress they have put into nuvec, what they are working on right now and decide if you think the company has good odds to be in a pivotal stage in shareholder value creation or not.I personally believe that the research investment and progess have been discounted in the sp over the last year.Although i may be wrong obviously but willing to take the chance.Potential rewards outweigh risks personally.

The value of n4p's previous years research and tweaking might be starting to finally be coming to fruition.We were here on previous positive in vitro results and have multiple work in progress irons in the fire.Hopefully the maxim of research taking time to show it's value to a company will start showing.

Seres sp was tanking until a successful phase III and now is not even back at ipo levels.I do believe DDDD have further to go but unfortunately until then they have no revenue stream and AIM is not as good as NASDAQ\american markets in garnering interest pre-revenue admittedly.For example, Moderna had a big valuation pre-vaccine news.

Admittedly, DDDD have a way to go yet.I don't however claim to know how 'pros' value pre-revenue pharmas and on different markets.Even Woodford got burnt for years.
