The FED meeting in the US. They have decided to leave interest rates alone, the US stock markets have bounced because of that news.

The only negative I can see which will hold us back for quite a while is that train fares are so much cheaper here in the UK than they were pre covid , which will make them the prefered choice of travel.

Of course ! I just meant the SP should gain some momentum from the news yesterday. I expect by April we will be in the 140p range.

City Pub Group have been on my watch since I sold them at 122p at the beginning of the year, after watching the budget this afternoon I had to get stuck in , managed to buy at 123p and hope to see a nice rise before the end of the week !

Good work Ossingh. Iv always known the media to hype every situation possible playing with the truth ! , but I thought people in stocks were wiser ! Which doesn't look to be the case ! Unless the big time investors let things slide in order to get stock at cheaper prices which would make alot of sense.

I think its the profit announcement from American Express , where apparently consumers have been spending on dining out and travel.
