.... and, the company is in a far stronger position now than when the 20p figure was being kicked around. We are supposed to be in profit by this time next year with hopefully substantial rises in level of profitability the year after.
I certainly don't claim to understand all the legalities, but I do rather like the final bit "Wherefore, in Wilmington, this Third day of June in 2020, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Maxwell Technologies, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) (D.I. 11) is DENIED."
Great research guys and thanks for sharing
MM's seem to be dropping the bid on each purchase despite there being some quite large buys they keep dropping it .... ah well, I just remember back to last autumn when we Rose to 13p ... it'll go up when it's ready (just rambling)
I don't think they have ever commented on court cases suggesting further information pending before ..... "The Company continues to pursue its litigation against Maxwell Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tesla Inc, which is progressing as per the Delaware Court schedule, whilst other licencing and patent infringement actions are also progressing, and a further update is anticipated during the second quarter of the coming financial year." ....here's hoping something positive on this front
AK gets ****ged off for not informing the market of new developments .... now he's announcing new contracts with companies, and guess what .... ****ged off. Give it time, these are all building blocks to a successful and profitable company. Keep up the good work AK / CPX.
James H, I am expecting the figures in the (hopefully upcoming) trading update to underline the progress being made followed by year end results Which again should be good. There is always the Maxwell case which I can't see it making it to court with the prospects looking very good whichever outcome we get (deal or no deal) But mostly I'm relying on blind hope ;-)
Sadly, my opinion is that they have an almost arrogance about the sp and private investors... almost a 'take it or leave it' attitude. Its been like this for years to be honest. However, despite their lack of promotion of the company I'm still very confident of major upside from here onwards. Payday will be coming very soon in my opinion.
