I wish I acted on there tips. They changed the rating to a buy 2 days ago. I never sold when they said thinking it would fly.

I know those places are in Manchester area. That is why I said soon as they are targeting it for whole of England. It seems like a no brainer to me and lots of people higher up would want that for the future of England babies hearing.
