Avacta is worth a lot less in net value than Genedrive and nowhere near ready to sell in market and it has a market capital over 21x it. Avacta should be like 3-4p now in reality going by Genedrive value.

Well many shares have surged like Avacta and Novacyt on no news but Genedrive has crashed after great news. I think it is due to rocket to over 30p. Most stocks that had similar news as Genedrive since March usually double but this has halved.

Well they announced a lot of funding and also DEVOTE grant so it is unknown but it is much more than March 2023. I used to think cash position is why this never surged to 50p+ but now it is the strongest it has been for a while and we are near all-time lows after NICE recommended there product conditionally I won't sell until at least 30p.

What is crazy is cash position in March 2023 was weak and in August 2023 is the strongest it has been in many years. AIM shares sometimes have no logic.

I have a feeling Genedrive might go back to 30’s with a one day jump. It is incredible it has gone down much. Honestly think if Avacta had the RNS’s Genedrive had since March it would have been now £2.

Good find, that is one of the reasons I held thinking after funding was sorted it wouldn't go down. Now I know news is meaningless, stocks are based on what is the flavour of the month rather than good news.

We need an update on DEVOTE funding amount and NHS installations. Been too long without news now.

Good point, I just wish I sold and bought back in now. I thought DEVOTE news details would land and it would surge to 30-40’s easily again. They did say funding amount will be announced in due course so it could happen even today.

If Avacta can hit 98p with more shares in issue in a much worse position than Genedrive as a business then surely Genedrive will surge past 50p very soon. The stock market is baffling at times.

Well no one knows. I hoped it would hit a new 52 week high after DEVOTE news landed but it crashed. Hoping for a takeover bid at a premium or a huge sales news and funding news for it to rocket again.

All this has made me learn is it is impossible to predict what will happen.

Big buy at end. Maybe a rerate next week.

Budd loves a friday intraday RNS now and again. I can see starresnstoff leaving the Genedrive chat if it rockets past 30p today.

I hope it rockets tomorrow. It is currently the most undervalued it has been since Budd has been in charge. I can see this hit 70-80p easily if they release some great RNS. I might just wait for 70-80p now.

Sledgey121 if you bothered reading the progress since then, it has been massive so in effect if it is valued like before it would be over 40p currently.

I think Genedrive is first stock to go up massively in value while at same time share price crashed 70%. A huge rerate to 50p is due soon once the markets realise how undervalued this is. I will hold this until it is at least 30p.

I reckon things will change once the DEVOTE funding ammount is announced and they announce a massive rollout for AIHL.

Sledgey121 being nasty about Genedrive all year round doesn’t change though.
