WAS own 66% of WNEA who have just purchased 50% of SSNE for approx $30mill. This Asset value alone is worth approx $19mill to Wasabi. Without even looking at Global Geothermal (100% owned by WAS) and Aqua Guardian (79% owned by Wasabi) the current MCAP of Wasabi Energy 'the group' of £16mill is being to look the bargin of the century. Once royalties start streaming in from WNEA and other already installed power plants we should see a huge re-rate of this crazy SP.
need a tighter spread otherwise we will never have any volume
Just look at the clients POS attracts! All of them are repeat customers as well. Unfortunately POS does not have the capacity though to seek the demand for the product. This will change soon though. They have just purchased a 25% stake in the small engineering firm......Hmmm
how could we possibly know? companies accounts are due to be filed so some bad financials may have leaked but i doubt it. Plexus are rock solid with improving year on year. Perhaps the big boys just woke up and thought that with a MCAP of 150mill and a yearly revenue of only 20mill a year the SP was a little priced in
Can anyone tell me if Augut do not release funds to WAS & WNEA will the $10million contract WAS signed with Sinopec for 2013 be affected? RNS says WNEA subsidiary SSNE signs $10m EPC contract with Sinopec.........................
if anything this latest round of tiny directors buys will have a negative effect on confidence. They should be emptying their pockets to buy at this price if they believe the funding for WNEA via Augut will be finalised.
I tried to invest at an early stage of the journey and got a huge kick in the teeth for it. I have learnt though - we are now sitting at a MCAP that gives zero value to our kalina technology and its global potential. But this is how it should be at this stage. I kick myself for investing soo early on in something that wasn't even generating any revenue. can this continue as a going concern for much longer..... Who knows. I just **** myself daily with the paper loss i am holding here. I also have a rise smile everytime i remind myself how many shares are in issue and how many times the CPY has already had to turn to diluting current shareholders
this downward trend confirms that this is a SELL for me now. With the intention on trying to BUY back in at a cheaper price. These small contract awards cannot sustain the current MCAP which seems priced-in for news due from the JVP. News that could be 12mnths away Financials aren't going to help the SP as we all know the results anyhow +15 % for profit before tax / +15% in dividend payment / +15% in sales revenue blah blah blah!!!
Rights issue only raised 1mill and directors had to subscribe to remaining shares. This raised capital comes after already having over 3 billion shares in issue. Now we hear of potential complications with the fund raising required for WMEA. This is now a SELL for me but only if you bought in recently. I for one have held for over 2yrs and they owe me 2p
I hear the pain guys and girls....trying not to look at the MCAP at the moment. I guess we should all be topping up at this price (if we still believe) but i've got a feeling most won't be. I'm already overloaded on this. Found the prospectus an interesting read from companies website. I won't be taking up the rights issue as I believe as is normally with AIM that you will be able to buy shares cheaper on the market. Not to say i'll be buying more. I still believe but am completey depressed and ashamed with myself for tipping this technology and management team to friends. I'm hoping to see a MCAP below 10million.....just for Sh*ts and giggles xxxx
How long before the inevitable?? http://www.smallcapnews.co.uk/2013/02/why-oilfield-engineering-group-plexus-may-soon-need-to-tackle-the-takeover-question/
I can understand why people are getting annoyed. Its hard not to take note of a continuos dropping SP/MCAP. But surely those invested at this such early stage for WAS are so because they believe what they have been told. They are on target to achieve 25MW of BOO by 2015. If you have time try to calculate what assets Wasabi Energy own - this will go some way in making you feel better about your investment. Everybody should be excited about the commencement of WNEA and the opportunites it has in Asia. AAP Carbon (South Africa) have huge scope for improvement and this is exactly where Wasabi Energy come in. Don't forget wasabi have a team of 30 employees which will carry a lot of expenses but I beleive they are doing a good job. Potential growth is not factored into this share price because confidence is low. If directors and institutional investors start selling then its game over. If they don't i'm happy to HOLD this share and have to continually stop myself daily from topping up.
it takes time to turn potential into revenue. POS are involved with the right companies and at an early stage in their journey are offering dividends to shareholders. The potentail growth even with the current MCAP should not be underestimated. I'm happy to hold this stock and feel we have alot of contracts to look forward to. Fundementals can only improve going forward but this seems to bear little significance to any stock on AIM.
where does it say you have to appear in the register on 12/04/2012?? The RNS says you must appear in the register on 12/04/2013. Once you appear in the register on the given date do you automatically qualify for the dividend? can you sell your shares on the next day and still receive the dividend payment. I have searched the internet at length to help me understand the dividend route and it has not helped me.
