Ah, noted CV . Thanks for that. By-the-way (and 'off topic'), there's a cracking old black and white film with Wendy Hillyer that features your whirlpool :) I think it is called 'I know where i'm going' (or something like). I wish i knew where all my share prices are going :) Sure you do too.

Scottish Whirlpool, sometimes, in the past, a trading update has accompanied the A.G.M. This is a good solid and well run company and it is a shame to see the share price being aparently 'walked down here (as it has been with so many others this year).

Takeover bid on the way? These are being 'walked down' by the MM's in the now classic pattern (TIG etc.). There is a good chance that anytime now an RNS will drop. AIM is so leaky.

Stopping 'shorters' - SpicyTuna, am i right in thinking that there are steps an individual investor can take with his broker to prevent that broker from 'loaning' out that investors shares to shorters (who then effectively use those 'loaned' shares against the interests of their real owner)? Is it something like putting on an ongoing 'Sell' order at a vastly increased price (double?) to the rate current at the time? And the shares, once under a 'sell' order, cannot then be 'loaned' to shorters?

Interims out on 24/2/25 - looking forward very much to hearing of more progress here. By-the-way 'buys' showing as 'sells' on here today!

BUY say Deutsche Bank today, and with the production report due out on 30/1/25 too. With tensions cooling a tad in The Middle East hopefully giving some upside to the share price, a nice special dividend may be announced then as well - fingers crossed :)

Up 3.62%! Good news on the Mercedes litigation has given this share a nice little boost. Hopefully it will bode well for a more steady rise here. On their site ii are stating 0.9618p as being a more fair value estimate for ANX shares.
