Agreed picax, your thoughts are broadly what I thought too. My only reluctance to buy more is that there have been way too few robust buisiness updates and of course, the highly damaging and strung out ‘JV’ fiasco which left me cold.

I still think this is a potentially good business model and, let’s be frank here, energy is everything.

Not within our lifetimes IMHO. It should…but it won’t. Political action would have to be coordinated worldwide and that is extremely unlikely in the foreseeable future. Politics by its nature is very short term and shortsighted. The planet needs robust and coordinated leadership on global climate change. I don’t see any. Meantime, fill yer boots I guess!

Just a slight correction. The KC-45 (A330) *was* the proposed replacement of the KC-135. Airbus and Northrop were to partnered on it. Boeing eventually won with the KC-46 (767) and myriad problems were encountered.
