The GP Services Online was already integrated in nhs when kanabo acquired, it’s shame Uk investors under value potential of online gp services when nhs already crippled to meet demand and rest of world specially US has billion dollars companies who are going digital only GP services.
Certainly GP Service Online will be top contender for this contract due to two reasons…already deeply integrated in nhs as well as Uk pharmacy echo system and second it’s local company so less regulatory concerns…
Regardless of this contract kanbo we’ll position to exploit market in alternative medicine, in case 300m contracts lands up it will be historical share price ride in LSE due current company valuation and contract size

please watch out, they are certainly having best in class product and most likely they will be first CE approved medicine in this area, and it will open huge market which is not limited to EU only.
Second there are additional two huge possibility:
1. NHS get and promote Kanabo products on prescription
2. GP Service is tech , operate as white label solution provider other other players and their tech is already approved by NHS . So might be big player interested leverage GP Service tech may be including NHS itself for remote consultation.

Shouldn’t Mode launch this offer when new coins launched?
Looks like product & sale heavily focus on coins rather than double down acceptance and consumer acquisition…launching new offers with limited acceptance doesn’t make progressive difference
Certainly this company has huge potential to grow due to:
1. Alternate payment method through regulated Open Banking APIs which much cheaper to merchants plus settlement immediately rather than waiting for 2-3 days with higher fees from card schemes.
2. BTC cash back more appealing to young consumer
3. Getting mode check out button on main THG website and corresponding subsidiary websites, is great milesotne achievement, no body would like to download app unless there is good level acceptance so it's great start
4. Open Banking backed by regulatory so huge push will be to promote, Bank's investment which will benefit to mode as well as all other players.
Couple of risks:
1. Not seen PR or promotion from THG group thought solution is live
2. Ability to onboard more merchants quickly and lack of merchant onboarding roadmap.
3. Consumers love to use CreditCard to build credit history and get consumer protection so Mode needs continue to find lucrative ways to download and use mode app.
if they address PR and Consumer onboarding then it's going to be huge. you will not find many small scale digital payment companies to invest and grow significantly.
