I should probably add that the film "Arizona Dream" does deal with individual tragedy in a comi-tragic way, possibly becoming somber with that - can't remember it all. None the less, genuiniely very funny in places and as I said, beautiful soundtrack and cinematography. Made in '93, there was a real tragedy unfolding in Europe at the time.

I once saw part a news item / documentary on a South Asian country - can remember which one but not the city / region. An interesting detail was that concrete buildings were adding heat to the local temperature and from that I surmised more taditional building methods and / or alternative materials might have been ideal, think it was with relevance to homes as well as places of work. More generally... looking at what works in one hot country might be of interest to another and might be of interest anyway.

Correction of 03:16: as I have definitely seen the director's cut - 142 minutes, during the 1995 Edinburgh Festival, have seen the UK video release which was also the director's cut: 142 minutes - confirmed - couldn't remember the scene AI put up as an example of what didn't make it in to the the abbreviated version.

Pehaps UK versions were faifthul to the director's vision.

Ha ha, think I might only have seen the short version of that fim: which includes the then established stars of Jerry Lewis, Faye Dunaway and a prospective Johnny Depp, from the 90s - interesting for various reasons... and a good watch, beautiful soundtrack and cinematography.

Relevance to RRR ? - silver might have been very relevant to that film and might continue to be relevant to other films. Copper has general relevance, basic to the production of movies.

Just had a look at a couple of tbe tweets, including the one posted here by link, on Christmas Day, seems like it was the same day (from approximate... memory) that silver had gone up 150% or so within tbe year and 80 is more round than 78 or 75 or 83, it was slightly catchy as an interesting number for some that day, and that was the relevant trading day or was it the day before?. Seems like one of the other tweeters was talking as if it was live that day for the commodity at the price mentioned in the tweet plus as "a silver lining": posting a link to a comment on X with a chart / graph or whatever the evidence was... as long as it was correct... think it was a graph but that is by the by, might take less time than it does to get up off tbe chair and walk to the kettle.
