Ammendmemt of 01:41 and a couple of previos comments:

I misread 2017 annual report so, in spite of an increase in equity, that was not an overall profitable year for RRR...

Overall profitable years according to RRR annual reports were 2008, 2010, 2011, 2018 and 2020. Since its' first listed year in 2005, RRR has had five years of overall profit. 2010, 2011 and 2020 were the largest overall profits with mutiple millions recorded as evidenced by those year's annual reports.

19th October 2012 annual report was the clearest indicator of El Limon profits when RRR were involved through Four Points Mining: £449,551 with RRR's 50.1% share giving them £229,271 of the profits from that asset for that year reported.

Summarising the conclusion of my answes to Blueboy1975:

El Limon Gold and Silver asset achieved £449,551 of profit as reported in 19/10/12 annual report and £229,271 of that profit was RRR's share by way of slight majority ownership with Four Points Mining being the operating company for a small scale mine.

It seemed the 2013 annual report was suggesting it was still (perhaps) a profitalbe asset if "moderately successful is regarded in that way. As I said gold prices varied during the years RRR were involved through Four Points Mining in the operation of the mine which Soma is currently looking to expand.

Overall profitable years for RRR according to annual reports seems to be: 2008, 2010, 2011, 2017, 2018 and 2020. At leasf two of those years: 2010 and 2011 were profitable in millions... and 2020 via the announcement of sale of asset was profitable in millions though that overlapped (if I recall correctly) with sale completion in 2021.

Concluding my answer to Blueboy 1975, RRR also had a profitable year in 2008 as shown by the annual report. It looks to me like RRR have had six years of overall profit since 2005. It has also been resilient during tough times including a global financial crash and a global pandemic which involved more than one year of general economic challenges.

Further to 22:19 and 22:05 in reponse to Blueboy1975: RRR also had consecutive overall profitable years in 2017 and 2018 as the annual reports show.

RRR has been around since 2005, I have checked back to 2010 and found five good years overall in terms of overall profit and a large part of three years where mining of an asset was well looked after, there was more than one year of profits for the Columbian gold asset - best detailed in the 2012 annual report, my original point was purely to the asset.

RRR were also profitable in 2020, as is shown in tbe annual report, ultimately retaining Juno Minerals from the announced sale of their stake in Jupiter Mines.

There were some very good years for RRR regarding their time with Jupiter Mines but also less good years with how that affected the share price within the 2011 - 2015 annual reports. I am not agreeing or disagreeing with decisions taken in 2020 out of general respect for some people's opinions and it is before I knew this stock but I am pleased we retained Juno Minerals.

Blueboy1975, RRR had two consecutive years of annual profits - millions... 2010 and 2011 - check the annual reports.

Columbia Gold asset was profitable between 2011 and 2013 - check the annual report - 19/10/20 profits for the asset are detailed in the report, 2011 and 2013 annual reports refer to profitable and sucessful management of the asset, there will have been different gold prices within those three years.

Re. 19:40: Blueboy1975, RRR have had more than one year of profitability when their then majority owned operating company ran the El Limon gold mine producing high grade gold and decent grade silver from a fairly small scale operation, somewhere between 2011 and 2013 annual reports you will be able to find at least a couple of successive years of "turning a profit".

Re. 13:06: I could remember one of the comments where you did reference the possibility of suspension of RRR in 2024, I noticed (by checking back) two occasions when you did this in 2024 - during this month, Banbury. At 14:26, I quoted you verbatim, it was the most blatant example and the one I remembered from the "Existential Conversations" post (07:27, 02/12/24) where, within point 4, you considered the possibilities of suspension and delisting by way of answering your question "what next?", nine days later RRR would publish their audited annual report for 2024.

I am going to directly quote from Banbury's post at 07:27 on 02/12/24 - when he was speculating on future possibilities for RRR:

"what next?"...

"4- Suspension / delusting / going private".

He didn't suggest they were not in good place. He was being sceptical with regard to warrants extension which I disagreed with him about but that is not the same as suggesting an energy stock is not in a

good place. Remeber, for balance, one of his friends has some of tbe warrants, as he said, suggests to me his friend and perhaps Helpful as well, overall, thinks it is in a good place.

Re. 17:22 - No he did not say "in the accounts, he would". The annual reports of 2024 and 2023 both have the auditors referring to the possibility of foregoing or reducing salaries withinin section 1.2: Going Conern sub-section, if required.

Within the 2023 annual report, in his write up Bell refers to the possibility of costs reduction as well as other means to manage the company's finances. Costs reduction doesn't just have have to be salary reduction, there may be other methods.

So no-one was promised a reduction in salaries or some other direct measure from company bosses from their own means. The possibility of salary reduction would be if company management deemed it necessary - considered it to be required; not because Banbury suggests that it might have been or exaggerates by suggesting we were promised such -implying an alternative possible recent history or perception of sentiment branching off from such a tactic, actioned.

The two highest interest loans are for £50,000 and £150,000 they do not represent the majority of the loans the company is paying and it is not clear they represent all of the "alternatives" to the tactic Banbury has been suggesting.

Re. 06:22: Banbury has stated of the RRR boss "He has no shares." The statement in relation to RRR is continuation, with new variation, of false commentary.

The stronger interpretation of the meaning of the Three Wise Monkeys is from Japan, preceeding the modern, cynical Western application, sometimes utilised on this share chat. There are influences on the Japanese proverb from China thanks to Buddhism and Confucius. The fourth wise monkey is worthy of respect.

Re. 14:13: False comment by Banbury, theoretically it could be your recommendation Banbury as I know for a fact because of your falsity as detailed at 17:11.

It's already been answered (16:30) with regards to this company; you know exacty what you are doing and the adapted joke from yourself that you are reapplying.

Re. 10:49: "never" is an exaggeration compared to the whole history of the company, with the future we don't know; with the present, I'm sure there is some genuine effort going on. In the meantime, it may seem like it goes on and on.

If RRR can progress any or a multpile of several of those interests referred at 09:20, it might be with the backround of a higher gold price than 2023.
